Opioids First time Codeine/cwe question

Got a script of some codeine 30/300 mg apap pills.Have searched online for cwe techniques and think I have it down.Problem is I'm not sure how much water to use for the amount I want to take which is only 3-4 pills.....

I know I'm bound to get alot of (a cwe isn't even necessary for that low dose of tylenol).
But long story short I'm a problem drinker,sober almost two weeks except a beer here and there.Whos too paranoid for their liver to say screw it and just pop 3 like any normal person.

Also will 60 mg even cause a naive user to feel a very mild buzz?
Have tried vicodin in the past two years ago but nowhere near large amounts.
 
If you are only going to take 3-4 pills don't bother with the CWE, it'll just be a headache that costs you precious Opiates. 4x300mg APAP = 1200mg APAP. While this much APAP probably isn't exactly good for you, it's essentially safe. Considering Doctors will tell you not to exceed 3000mg APAP in one day, unless your goal is to make your liver bleed. So I guess what I'm saying is, if you're not going to eat 10 at once, don't waste your time! Just chew those fuckers up and wash them down with some White Grapefruit Juice and potentially 10mgs of valium max.

Yeah I figured I'd get that type of response.Guess I'm worrying for nothing in that case.....as long as I don't go overboard or mix it with alcohol.

no but grapefruit juice will. make sure it's 100% white grapefruit as well (i believe), not the concentrated bullshit or 5%juice bullshit cuz im pretty sure it wont work nearly as well, if at all.
