A Spicy Thai chicken Burrito, with quinoa, toasted corn, tomatoes, chillies with a touch of lime and sriracha and queso fresco. and a side of mixed green salad with a touch of sesame oil and rice wine vinegar.
That sounds good.....made a smoothie with some blueberry coconut yogurt frozen mango pineapple and some milk to blend it. Had that with some nachos with good sharpcheese and thinly sliced banana peppers w some cholula hot sause (my fav, they make a chipotle version that is even better than the original)
