Prepping coke for IV use..

Would people rather he didn't ask the fucking question, quietly went away and did it regardless?

He's not asking 'should I IV coke?', he's asking how he should prepare it. Ergo he intends to do it and has come here for advice. Every bit of practical advice I can see has emphasised the importance of careful dosing.

Disapproval is all well and good (as is concern for other members of the EADD community) but people do these things, and this site isn't here to judge.

I use to knock out a fair bit back in the 90's/oo's of proper coke and i would do .05 or about a line that was enough - also it wasnt every 10minutes there would be breaks to smoke some gear have a fag etc but still would go thro a 1/4.
 
Isn't this site meant to be a place where people are given advice on how to be as safe as possible whilst doing things that are broadly seen as dangerous and reckless by society? If we're going to just say no too, where can people discuss things like this? OP, coke that you're buying in a pub probably isn't very pure. Yes, cocaine HCl will dissolve in cold water easily, anything that doesn't isn't coke, and you should obviously filter the shot. IV coke is notoriously moreish, wrecks veins double quick.

P.S. pretty sure that brimz knows about decent gear.

Quite.. I believe that's the point of harm reduction. It's all very well telling people to not do things, but it's probably more helpful advising them how to do things safely.

7g's and it could be over 36h - I remember stabbing wporks on the table to blunt them so i would stop, then 30m later getting them out straighting them and sharping on match box strikers....eeeuuugghhhhh makes me feel shitty just thinking about it

thanks for the reply. and sorry again for the slight derail. but your answers show that IV coke can turn into a *really* expensive habit. i think this is an interesting issue besides the health risks. i didn't imagine binges could get that pricey. anyways, i guess i don't know that much about coke abuse -- maybe this is less surprising to others.
 
Christ guys I just logged into see this thread... wow, ehm just to update you guys I didn't do it in the end, not because of the replies I just seen them now but I thought it was a pretty stupid idea pretty not long after I posted the thread. I was actually looking for information on how to prep it, it was half out of interest and at the time I had half though of doing it - a mate who sells it had come into a quarter of good coke but we ended up sniffing a gram of it on Friday night and stayed up until early Saturday morning with a couple of drinks.

Anyway, to let you guys know I didn't do it - I think if I am lucky enough to get my hands on some good coke like that again I will wash it up and smoke it as I like doing that and it obviously isn't gonna fuck my veins up by smoking

Sammy your right I only IV'd gear maybe 10 shots in total probably about 1.5 or 2 grams of it... I got seriously way too stoned on IV gear 2 weekends ago and it scared the life out of me. I haven't had any drugs since Friday night apart from two lines of that nice coke l. nite and a 4mg subutex tonight. I have an appointment with my GP tomorrow I want to get help for this heroin shit... I haven't really been physically dependent in quite a while but I just can't stop chipping at it so I need some help in that regard.

We have lost a few BL'ers who were IV cocaine and heroin users. Wise up and if your going to do it take every necessary precaution unless you actually want to die.

Even Cornishman used to clean his coke first and he still wound up dead god rest his soul. This type of idea is just asking for trouble.

And BTW if you did 250mg coke in 1 IV hit your coke is SHITE. IV flake Cornishman said to me the most he'd ever done was 175 and he OD'd, and that was an uncleaned batch, clean your talking 50mg I'd have thought.

These threads just spell bye bye OP to me. Taking drugs like that is stupidity.

My bad i meant 250mcg not mg . It was fantastic Cocaine pity i'm not a fan of it as well nuff said.
 
It's not really important anyway is it? Once upon a time you did some great coke. I think that's the long and short of it, right?
