I dont think i can afford any more wobbles on my bupe taper. They are setting me back, the first one actually helped, by sheer luck i took 2mg as i felt so rough after barelyt sleeping the night before, the effects lasted so long that by the time they had worn off, I had adjusted to 0.1 mg.

I had insomnia again the other night, and repeated the same thing, this time however it seems to have set my adjustment back so im no longer fully confortable on 0.1. It took a lot of effort to get there and its so easily undone. Gonna need a will of iron. I have a strong will somewewhere inside me, it just gets buried underneath the needs of instant gratification.
