13 hours later, still tingles

This morning around 2, took final 30mg adderall xr to ride out morning after 120mg binge spread throughout previous day and night. Felt great, as usual, up until an hour after last dose. Tingling and numbness in left hand started. Heart was pounding but has sense calmed way down.
Tingling is still there. I don't get it. I haven't been smoking cigs really because I noticed that it causes shortness of breath(ha irony). I want to drink a glass of wine and smoke a bowl in about two hours but I don't know if it's wise. I'm not freaking out of an OD, it's been too long for that, I am just wondering what the heck is going on and if any one else experiences it for this long or if ever? I looked thru forums and didn't see anyone with similar questions.
I'm not having an anxiety attack and I'm pretty calm and relaxing. Drank plenty of water and ate a little. Walked around when needed. I don't ever feel a comedown emotionally ever so I'm good there too.

I am thinking it is my blood pressure.....but I've never had blood pressure problems ever. And I have taken my adderall like that maybe three times. I have no clue.

I've gotten that from adderall, and I think it is from blood pressure. It can cause either or, high or low blood pressure, and it doesn't matter if you have had it before or not, it can still happen.

I'm not a doctor so I'd definitely suggest doing some factual research first, but if you have any access to Clonidine, I'd look into that. It's done wonders for the many side effects of Adderall and other stims IME. Especially for things like blood pressure/pulse rate and tingling.

Okay thanks guys! I don't mean to sound like a noob and I have been doing stims for years and never had this happen. I have done more than I am proud to admit in a given week...all types and forms. The only thing I can think of is that even though I have been sober off stims for many years, it has done a toll on my aging heart.
I will do research on what you mentioned and I appreciate your feedback.
Does anyone know why I am STILL feeling all of these sensations after almost 20 hours of last dose? I'm so confused? When will it go away?

Things like this only get vague answers.

A Vague answer is better than receiving one that is unavailing.

I am sure that there is only one reason as to why these sensations prevail; because my blood pressure is still high. Looking beyond that obvious fact, I was wondering if anyone knew why it still would be high. I am sure there are people out there that have experienced the same or that might know. I can find no further explanations, as before stated. So I thought there be no harm in seeking to see if anyone that did know would come across this.

What I am trying to say is that we really don't know. Do you have a history of strange reactions?

You may be just going through withdrawal.

One thing I can say is increased stress and irritability are showing from you... This seems logical.

These both lead to high blood pressure and rapid heartbeat.

No I wasn't being irritable. Just too quick to evaluate your response. I wasn't meaning to come off rude.
I think I honesty have asthma and smoke cigarettes, and I'm already hyper as it is. It's causing BP rise. I also think what you guys suggested was perfect with my blood pressure and vasoconstriction. I guess I was just wondering how long it would last. I have done a lot of drugs back in my wild past, with no modesty. Never had a problem. So this is new.
