5-meo-mipt does not work

Hi guys! i have questions about 5-meo-mipt.
I buy this substance on the one of RC sites.
And this substance does not work. I try original form of 5-meo-mipt, and understand how its must work.
Strange form of 5-meo-mipt does not work in any dosage. Seller said - no mistakes in order, it is 5-meo-mipt.

We try about 50 mg, and fell only physical discomfort.
But, if we mix this substance with small dosage 25i-nbome, effect are different from just 25i-nbome.
What is the form of 5-meo-mipt?
How i can use this, for get normal 5-meo-mipt effect?

No sourcing, but I'm sure a moderator will edit that bit out for you. At 50 mgs I feel like you would have a terrible time. I took 15 once and will stick to 11-13 mgs at most. I can't imagine 50 of this!! Did you titrate up to this dose or take a bit, not wait and keep riding the elevator in hopes that it would be felt eventually? Assuming it's your first go with this substance I would refrain from trying to combo it, especially if you're not getting a feel for its actual effects. Overall, this material is gentler on the head with fantastic body feelings IME. Small sidenote - after my allergy test, my first try was4 mgs followed after thirty or so minutes by another four mgs and that was it. Subsequent trials was the time to up the dosage 2-3 mgs at a time, until I felt that I was no longer comfortable with the ratio of perceived benefits to detractions. Hope this helps, and travel safely!

sure! i know dosage of 5-meo-mipt, like 5 mg, but this stuf does not work... but if 5 mg mixing with < 300-500 mcg 25inbome, it is work like original 5-meo. (with typical tryptamines timing, not like nbome)

You (or anyone else) can use the Report Post button (exclamation mark in triangle on upper right) when you see something like this.

OP: Your substance must be bunk, no matter how good you think your vendor is. 50mg is something like 5-10x a normal dose of 5-MeO-MiPT. Placebo effect could explain why you think it had it changed your 25I-NBOMe trip.

Can and should.

If your 5-MeO-MiPT does not have effects at that dose, it is not 5-MeO-MiPT. How did you measure it?
 
That's definitely not 5-MeO-MiPT... I am a hard head when it comes to tryptamines, always have been, and I still got absolutely fucking blasted from 15mg of 5-MeO-MiPT. Whatever you have, I would throw it away and chalk it up as a loss.

If you have a lot of cash invested in your 5-MeO-MiPT, send a sample off to EcstasyData to get it tested: http://www.ecstasydata.org/send_sample.php

Its only 100 bucks right now to do so.
 
Echoing the sentiments, that is not 5-Meo-MiPT. For your safety please discard or test before again consuming.

Tolerance shouldn't be an issue at an insane dosage like 50mg. I believe you're only experiencing placebo effect when combining with NBOMe.

Could you elaborate on the physical discomfort experienced from 50mg without NBOMe combination?
 
For what it's worth as a moderator I'm able to see what you posted before it was edited - although we can't go into vendor discussion here, all I can say is that vendor is a very well known scam vendor, sending out fake/inactive products.

Do not consume any more, who knows what it is, but it certainly isn't 5-MeO-MiPT, don't put yourself at risk.

I can't comment on Jesusgreen's mention of the vendor reference as I didn't see it, but surely this point is worth taking into consideration? Are the NBOMe series not notorious for creating long-lasting psychedelic cross-tolerance?

If this isn't a likely cause, I totally agree that you shouldn't consume more under any circumstances.
Taking enormous amounts of a "grey market" RC because it isn't having the desired effect is very risky business and should not even be considered an option IMO. Too many variables and risks.

Cross-tolerance, possibly. Cross-tolerance at 50mg, no. :)

I saw the name of the vendor as well but was too busy to respond at the time. All I can say is they have a horrible rating on a well-known vendor site that would suggest they are selective scammers.

ok. if it scum stuf, so which mechanism used in this situation? it is work like Mao-inhibitor?
