Okay so first a little background info. I am 6' 190 lbs. I eat extremely healthy(paleo if you are bored and need something to look up) and exercise at the gym roughly 5 days a week, depending on my schedule. Almost all my food is organic, grass fed, yada yada ( but is it really? Marketing....). I don't eat or drink anything with fake sure in eat. Hypocrite for taking something synthetic?
So recently I took 80mg of Crystal, (as if that really determines quality but my guy said it was the best hes seen) orally because I don't smoke anything nor do I feel like messing up my nose. I've also read that orally has a smoother overall experience and easier come down. Needless to say, I had a quite enjoyable experience.
I had a big breakfast, almonds and an apple for a snack, and burgers with some kale for lunch around 1:30 p.m. Around 3:15 (Took it as early as I could because I didn't know how long I'd be up) I crushed it up and parachute it down. Around 4:30 I was feeling pretty damn close to the first time I did MDMA. Very euphoric, very smooth. I was very aware of what was going on. I was curious as to how I would react as most people have bad "side effects" like paranoia. I did not have any of that. Not really increased energy ( I do have ADHD if that matters?), I felt like I should clean the house but didn't really feel like it. So for the first 6 hours I sat in my computer chair drinking plenty of water googling everything about Meth and talking to everyone on facebook that was on, only getting up to pee clear or fill up on water. After that I played some games, listened to some music, just focusing on the good feeling going through my body. At around midnight I decided it was probably time to eat so I could hopefully go to bed (I felt like I could have ate through the entire thing just decided not too because I did not want to ruin the effects). So I had an apple, banana, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber. Not much calories but I expected it to somewhat kill the high. Not so much. So I played some more games, listened to some more music, took a hot shower that felt amazing and brushed my teeth (mmmm). Around 2:30 a.m. I decided to crawl in bed and see what would happen. I laid there for about an hour still feeling on cloud 9 when my stomach started growling at me. So I went and made about 6 eggs and some Frank's red hot sauce on it. I felt more relaxed and that helped calm my beating heart, ranging anywhere from normal to around 120bpm. Maybe 150 tops if I thought about it? Around 3:30 I finally fell asleep, while still feeling a little something, for about an hour or so. When I woke up I couldn't go back to sleep so I decided to get up and make breakfast around 7:30.
Now for how I felt after I woke up. Slight headache but way better than my least intense alcohol headache. I am hopefully contributing this to me not drinking as much water after I laid down. Thoughts? Slight chest pain and the racing heart didn't start (at least I didn't notice it) until I started coming down. Hopefully contributing this to my muscles being so tense and my heart just beating the crap out of it. Thoughts? Thats roughly about it. No depression, no urge to do more, food tasted good, and for one hour, I don't feel too shabby. I did have jaw clenching for roughly three hours during the middle of it which I was finally able to control.
It is now 9:50 a.m. Getting a few head tingles here and there ( happens with mdma too). Headache is almost completely gone. Will be drinking water the rest of the day. Chest is a little less sore but still bugging me. Heart isn't too bad except for when I think about it. I was hoping to go to the gym this morning but I don't think that would be a good idea with my heart still pounding out of the norm? Anything I can do for my chest or to calm my heart minus food and water and breathing techniques?
Overall I enjoyed my night and was pleased with the lack of come down as I have heard a lot of them can be very nasty. I will be doing this at most once a week if that (heard that before huh). I actually get a rush from thinking about actually waiting. Adds some effect to it. So what can I do better next time, jaw clenching, heart rate, taking it earlier, since I can eat on it, so I can possibly go to sleep? Will stretching frequently help with the chest pain and any other sore muscles? It was fairly cold in my room and I've read that reduces neurotoxicity. Would a tolerance or loss off feeling occur if I did it at most once a week? ("Everyone caves!!!!") I know everyone is different but theoretically.
