this says they're equipotent so I guess we were both wrong. sorry about the harsh tone, I was in a fucked up mood. Also pure diacetylmorphine is not theoretical. In Germany it's used as a substitution when both methadone and buprenorphine have failed and in the UK it's used in palliative care. I know that there are other European countries e.g. Switzerland and the Netherlands where it's used in either or both capacities. Also I once read a manual on Erowid on how to purify which didn't seem too difficult if you had the chemicals, chemistry skills amd equipment necessary.
Now it's time for another shot of my highly impure skag.

I actually don't feel too bad from all that MDMA abuse.. although, my nose was FUCKED from snorting all that MD/2C. Stick to ketamine, kids.

Did some real high quality crystal meth yesterday, along with some valium to keep me calm. Was fiending for more but my buddy only had a little left so we saved it.
Actually feel pretty good right now waking up, I've always wondered why i can feel so normal after meth even though it is supposed to be the most evil.
 
I do quite a fair bit of phenibut, last night I binged out on twenty grams, and I'm still wasted the next day; eyes blurry and shit. Last night I was off my face completely with the phenibut and diclazepam (on top of my daily sub dose) the room was spinning and I kept falling over. Never again.

thank you. I didn't find any decent equivalency info but I didn't look too hard. been shooting smack all day, occasionally as speedballs with some decent crack I scored. picked up a script for 20x10mg oxycodone as well as 100x300mg pregabalin. also picked up propylene glycol, 96% ethanol, microns, 27 gauge needles and syringes in various sizes. now I just microned my stash of buprenorphine, levomethadone, alprazolam, prazepam, tianeptine and some of the pregabalin. goodtitimes ahead.
 
2mg Lorazepam, 0.6mg Alprazolam, 30mg Temazepam, with 600mg pregabalin got me feelin relaxed....... :)

2 Lucky Strike Unfiltereds followed by 2 Kamel Reds, with a couple of vape sessions of 18mg nic juice thrown in for good measure, gonna pick up my clonazepam script and go back to dosing long-acting benzos tomorrow, and I'm almost free of cigarettes (I smoke an average of 2-3/day now, when I get my iTaste MVP vape kickin hard, sometimes just 1-2, plan to stick to a morning cig for the next few weeks, and just vape 12mg juice)

MXE, Suboxone, Etizolam...my tolerance to all these drugs is high so this combo is starting to suck. Craving hard drugs nooow...
 
All plans went to shit tonight and it pissed me off

Getting real high on weed and just did a shot of heroin 30 minutes or so ago... Time to sleep I think
