What if you get caught by the cops with legal pills on you?

i got caught with etiz on me, they took em off me, tested me and then sent a letter saying they were paracetamol. guessing they couldnt be assed to test them

Refusing to answer any questions is best policy once they shout they're searching you (if you have stuff on you), being polite and answering limited questions is the best policy if they haven't said they're searching you though -

Last time I got properly stopped by cops was after walking out an illegal after party at 10am drinking a can of scad (you can't drink on the streets here). A crowd of maybe 8 of us waiting a couple of streets down from the venue for a taxi. Me with about 4 or 5 different drugs on me, in all different pockets, nothing stashed.

Cops pull up, get out the car, quiz me about my can, I laugh, apologise, pour it out. They asked where we'd been (we were clearly bingoed) said a mates house, they said we were lying they know we arrived on a bus at 3am (lol, that was true) and had been at an after hours. Just said I don't know what you're talking about while kind of laughing, being polite as possible without grassing the after party dudes in.

Cops eventually bailed after taking some details and us telling them we were waiting on a taxi. If I'd refused to answer questions, been aggressive about "Why are you stopping us? I don't need to tell you who I am/where I was/where I'm going!" I would have been searched and caught with all sorts.

Yeah spot on, for some reason i always say thank you cheers after being searched, i aint got a clue why, probably cos im spangled off my tits and feeling love for them. being a dick to them would be very stupid. i quite like some of them, been let off with loads of stuff. caught with no seat belt on, a motorbike number plate and 2 bald tyres and this matey let me off. coulda been hundreds of pounds fine and 6 or more points. bollocks to being a cop though imagine that shit. id be a dodgy pig

In Germany they have more strict rules/higher fines then in Luxemburg and Belgium. In my case I hadn't smoked any weed, drunk any alcohol or consumed any other substance after the evening before we departed. (We left the venue in the morning)
My guess is that after analyzing the blood sample, they saw that I wasn't intoxicated at the time of arrest, so they had to give the money back. Howeve this would probably have been different if I had been tested positive for class A drug.

Depends on the porker I guess. Got 'pulled over' (which didn't actually involve moving, as it happens I was already sat down), for smoking a bong in manchester city center, sat down in piccadilly gardens, they took the bong, searched my bags, and found one bag with a shitload of fresh needles from the local exchange, a couple of bags of synthetic herb, some MPA (albeit I'd shot most of it already) and a fair few legal beans, a mix of ethyl-5-APB, MPA and 5-MeO-DALT. But was able to convince them that they were all legal, showed them an empty packet to prove it, proved the stuff wasn't actual weed, etc.

Even managed to talk the coppers into giving me my bong back, as long as I buggered off to smoke it somewhere else =D
 
It really depends on how its packaged; if it's in a snap-lock bag with "not safe for human consumption" written on it, well, that's obviously gonna throw up a big red flag. However I'm not sure if it's actually illegal to possess them. Shit, the pig probably wouldn't know, either; it's called "legal grey area" for a reason, although that probably wouldn't stop a pig looking for an easy arrest from nabbing you, though.

It's best to put the pills in benign packaging, a bottle of vitamins for example. It may sound like very crude camofluage, but it can be effective; I used to carry E around in an aspirin bottle years back, as they were almost the exact size and shape of aspirin (barring the various logos). End of the day, they're looking for the blatantly illegal stuff: bags of white powder, rocks, brown, etc. I worked on the boats, and they check your stuff when you're entering the cruise liners, and the pills didn't make them raise an eyebrow.

Have to say though, I've never once been arrested for drugs. Trust me, I'm not bragging here; you just need to know they're only allowed to fuck with you if you draw attention to yourself by acting blatantly suspicious. Hell, I've even spoken to them with wraps of coke and pills in my pockets; if you act friendly and perfectly normal, it's almost guaranteed they won't harass you.
 
Nah, its not illegal to possess them, iirc you'd only be committing a crime with legal highs if you were selling them on to someone to consume. Otherwise legally, they have no leg to stand on. That's why they try every trick in the book to get you talking, self incrimination is how they get a surprising amount of convictions. Dont speak at all, or depending on the situation, say 'everything you found is completely legal, thats all i have to say' and then keep your mouth shut.

Worked for me 4/5 years back, was out on bail and got a call saying all the charges were being dropped, which i was surprised about as when they raided they found quite a lot of other (illicit) drugs, but i think they only focused on and charged me with the large amount of meph. This was before it was so widespread (champs days) and theyd never heard of it and were convinced theyd got a fuckton of coke, they must've been livid cause they thought i was making it all up

Still comes back on an extended crb check though, even though there was no charge, they phrased it to make me look like a feckin criminal. Twats.

Ha no the one I was searched at was at Hemsby, in Norfolk. The queue in London was a nightmare though, as was the entire event.
