How can I "wash" aMT of it's impurities/remove the cutting agents

I don't know if this the place for this question so feel free to move it. Let's say I have cut/not so pure aMT, how can I seperate the pure chem from the cutting agent or impurites. I'm guessing in order to figure this out I would need to know whether or not the cutting agent is water soluble or not and if it is insoluble there would be no real way since aMT is also water insoluble? If said impurities ARE water soluble will soaking it in water or iso alcohol and straining yield a more pure product? I have no chemistry background and I'd like some feedback before I render my aMT useless in a failed attempt at purification. I have the freebase if that matters.

Since you don't know what impurities you are dealing with and you have never messed with acids, bases, salts, solvents, etc., it would be a huge labor to try to remove any impurities without potentially destroying the aMT in the process or worse, create an even bigger problem without realizing it - I mean the chemicals and such that are used are not exactly non-toxic.

What makes you think the aMT is impure? Is it freebase or a salt? Because aMT HCl is water-soluble, very soluble in fact.

I have the freebase. I suspect it may be cut/impure because it was on sale and I ordered it along with some MDAI which I am 99% sure wasn't MDAI. Although I can't be sure without a test kit but I'm rather sure the aMT is in fact aMT because it has a very distinct look, feel, and smell that is consistent with every other time I have ordered legit aMT. I'm assuming its impure due to the fact that it was dirt cheap and it's one of a few products on the site that doesn't list its purity. Are UK vendors are trying to offload this chem for good, I'm just suspicious why it was so cheap

Sometimes big batches of AMT come in and drive the price down. I would say that what more than likely is happening is that people are getting sick of AMT. Its quite a heavy chemical and it takes a special person to thoroughly enjoy it. I love the experience of AMT but hate the bodyload of it, it is one of the highest bodyload chems I've ever used up there with 5-MeO-DMT, 5-MeO-AMT, DPT, 2C-E, and 2C-T-7. The bodyload prevents most from taking it too often which slows down purchases which drives the price down. When it was legal in the US, I saw the kickass HCl go for 60 a gram and the second in line freebase hit 50. If it has the characteristics of AMT, I would say it is most likely AMT. If you have a test kit, its pretty easy to tell.

MDAI has ALWAYS been sketchy. The only known good batch I've ever had was from a vendor that has been out of commission for years. It isn't a terribly remarkable substance on its own - I combined it with 2C-D and had a blast with it, same with a methylone combo but it literally didn't do hardly anything by itself.
