I am dealing with out of control pain, so I took 200mg of Tramadol over the course of the morning (as prescribed, it's "one or two 50mg every 4 hours as needed), and 4 mg Klonopin (2mg each time I dosed Trams to avoid seizures; also as prescribed). I am officially out of Tramadol, and it has not helped at all. I was also prescribed Percocet 5/325s.

A couple hours have passed since I last took the Tramadol and Klonopin. Would I be in danger if I took a Percocet (perhaps even another one later if this doesn't ease my pain)?

I would like to note I have a tolerance to all medications listed above and made sure these dosages are much smaller than what I would normally take.

I made it a point to search BL and other sites, but never found these exact combos.

Thanks, guys.

No, I don't think there are any indications between them in a negative way. The K-pins and Percocet are both CNS depressants, That's probably your biggest danger taking those together but if you have a tolerance you should be fine.
