Questions about MXE //Methoxetamine// LEGAL STATUS

Quick question dont wanna waste peoples time.
QUESTION = I have 1Gram of Methoxetamine at my house. since Im on probation i have search and seizure. so any time a cop can search me. obviously i would have the mxe hidden under balls or in butthole, but if somehow they found a bag of powered Methoxetamine, and they tested and confirmed it as mxe. can i get a "CHARGE?" i heard from googling it is currently unscheduled in califorina where i live.

SO IF I GOT CAUGHT UP WITH MXE CAN I GO TO PRISION/JAIL? or is the grey area in its LEGALality not worth the risk of carrying it around.

unless you are spending some serious cash on a lawyer, i wouldnt expect to be able to get away with having mxe. my guess is that you don't have a private lawyer otherwise you would be asking him this

The analogue act applies to schedule I and II. Ketamine is schedule III. Although in the case of MXE the argument could be made that it's a PCP analogue.

I've been to jail over a gram of MXE, not because of the actual chemical but because officers who found it believed it to be cocaine and were unwilling to do any field testing. It was eventually dropped, but not before I spent 3 days locked up. I'd advise playing it safe if I were you.
 
I don't want you to get in trouble and think that this is what will happen for you because I wasn't on Probation, but I unfortunately thanks to my dumb ass ex-girlfriend got caught with a .5gram of MXE on me and some Etizolam as well. They sent it to a lab, verified what it was, and were unable to follow up with any charges due to the Gray status of the law and the Analog Act as well. It's also very hard to find in a Urine Screen without a special test being done for certain Metabolites, a nice benefit as well. I love MXE and I want all the homies to get to have their cake and eat it to, especially if the Government is currently infringing on you HUMAN RIGHT to expand you mind if you fucking want to. Tell em to eat a dick and secretly have you magical wonderland time. Just be safe and respect this compound. Keep it to those that are responsible and aren't going to "blow up the spot" so to speak.
