Just curious as to how many of you guys are as OCD as I am.

Since starting my blast/cruise regime, I've religiously kept track of every therapeutic* substance I've put in my body (*by therapeutic I mean anything aside from recreational things that don't require remotely consistent dosage amounts and timing lol). Below is a screenshot of mine for an example (at the risk of looking stupid in some way) - anyone else do this or think it's remotely necessary?

Kinda helps me a bit given my piss poor short term memory, though I definitely can agree it's probably over the top :P

I do it. I'm guilty. I am horribly OCD and like having the data so I can form my own conclusions about things or experiment

Well if Guido does it then it must be fine! haha

Part of the reason I do it is I'll forget whether or not I've taken something (that's part of a routine like this) a mere half-hour after I took it, so by having the above to reference I can remind myself :)

Plus when (god forbid) something goes to shit, I can refer back to the table to know what I've been taking, exactly how much, and when....helping me determine the 'cause' of whatever went south.

Its nice to have a record of the what, when, how and how much. I think this is a lot more common especially if you are running a blast cruise system or an extended cycle. I don't even think this is ocd frankly its good common sense - you can seen what may have caused an issue or given especially good results by referring back to your log. ^-^ Might not be necessary but it sure is helpful and interesting to chart your compounds as well as your results ( ie measurements, increase in weight used per exercise ect ect )

^ That's what I like about having records. Your blasting and cruising one summer and your not making the gains you did last year; You can open up your book, compare dosages, diet, compounds, blast length, everything and go from there.

Exactly, no reason we should not take a [age from the world of academia and approach our training in a scientific manner. Have to look at it as one long on going experiment the results being your over all physical strength and condition. Why I like this forum a lot of guys here seem to take pride in their approach to responsible use of PEDs and view it fro what it is: a specific methodology of training albeit an advanced one. Treating the compounds used for what they are powerful tools fro shaping the body and mind through rigorous training. Great minds mate ^-^

Decided it'd be worth bumping this thread to share something relevant in the hopes that any newbies that come to this forum for info get the right idea about planning their cycles and ensuring to cover all bases.

I've just finished going over everything I'll be running for my upcoming blast, and while the below screenshot of my planned schedule is a little OCD (the same as my administration tracking spreadsheet, lol), I'm hoping to leave an impression on anyone either considering a cycle, planning a cycle, or even some of you guys who're already more experienced with AAS than myself but haven't really bothered to do any record keeping or in-depth planning.

So without further further adieu....take from this what you will :) (not chasing opinions or criticism on my compound or dosage choices, but should anything stick out like dog's balls feel free to say something :P)

I never realized how many days are in 12 weeks. Sheesh. Luckily I got 1 INJECTABLE: Monday and Thursday.

Customs really fucks you guys on having shipments come in (hormones and other stuff). Though the minimum wage is a helluva lot higher than what I get paid ($9.00/HR for me)

seriously give and take, I loved living over there man fucking killer, but hell every thing has an upside and a down. . .

Very true. With elevated income comes elevated costs of living....and gear haha
