ok so what did you used to pay for your stuff back when you was new to drugs and how has the price changed over the years and has the quality got better or worse?
i'm only in my mid twenties and have been using drugs on and off for about 11 years and even in that short time a lot has changed. i first started smoking weed about 02/03 and hash was just as available as the weed then and £20 would get you 3.5 at least and some dealers would even give you 3.6 or 3.7. but now dealers are so stingey that unless you know them quite well your lucky to 2 grams for £20 and hash seems to be very rare now at least in my area. i have noticed the strength of the skunk seems stronger now almost too strong i don't know if its because i rarely smoke it that it feels that way cuz my tollerence is low but i just don't enjoy it like i used to seems much more mongey.
as for mdma/E i had my first pill back in 03 i was paying 3 for a tenner there were pink with the letters HD on them and they were amazing not in a overwhelming cant move way but just so lovey dovey feeling compared to the pills now. then up until 2007 the pills just got worse you could get 5 for a tenner they felt dirty and have a horrible come down so i decided i was done with pills and and moved to mdma which was nice but still never felt like those pills i had back in 03 but was better than the shitty pip pills going around at the time like the mitzies and micky mouses a gram of mdma used to cost anyting from 40 to 50 quid and is still the same now. now though there seems to be a big increase in the quality of pills but its came at a price with the average price for 1 pill being £10. recently had some pills like the snowflakes, defqons, androids and they are even stronger than the first ones i had but in a different way not as much lovey feeling but more intense rushes put you on your ass kinda fucked but still nice.
only started using coke about 05 and was paying £40 on the gram was ok stuff but i was never a huge fan of coke cuz i thought it was never worth the price and you still feel like having more and more and a gram would be gone in no time. the quality got worse and worse and i finally decided i was through with coke after buying some which felt no stronger than necking loads of pro plus tablets. kids on the street now are selling it as little as £30 on the gram. i heard that most coke sold in the uk now is as little as 5% pure. i can now get some relly nice coke which i been told is 70% pure but can cost between 60 and 70 quid per g but is so strong i didn't even get thru a gram in one night i can honestly say i have never felt what real coke was like til i tried this stuff. still a expensive habbit tho so don't use very much just special occasions.
only started using acid about 3 years ago but is really hard to get so when i did get it i bought quite a bit in one go. always seemed quite good strength wise cost about £7 per tab and 2 used to do me nicley but people who are older than me told me that the old acid you would only need one and you were fucked for hours they said the same about the pills back in the day were strong too like the love doves etc.
i have used various legal highs i wont go into all of them so i will just mention the most common one mephadrone. remember back in 09 i asked someone if they could get me any mdma and they said no but i got this new stuff called meow. i thought sounds a bit dodgey but i was on one and couldn't get anything else so thought fuck it. railed up a fat line like it was the shit coke i used to get them WHAM it hit me like a ton of brick i felt so floaty my jaw was all over the place my eyes were shaking so bad i couldn't see straight was more intense than my first pill but the burn up the nose was horrible and make your eyes water. it was strong but felt very toxic and on big binges i would have memory blackouts and just be standing somewhere thinking how the fuck did i get here?
then they made mephadrone illegal and the quality went right down and the price went up. when it was legal you could buy it as little as a tenner a gram and it was pure. now its 15 to 20 quid a gram and is nowhere near the same as the old stuff the only thing that is the same is the nose pain infact its probably worse! lol
i have used various other drugs like amphet/base but was never a regular user like the other drugs i could get base for tenner a gram now which is same as it was back in 04 seems the same strenght wise too.
