Opioids Sufentanil... Anyone got any experience with this drug?

sufentanil / remifentanil

I wouldn't recommend sufentanil; no euphoria, not feeling 'warm', just very sedated and hypotensive (cold sweat). No, I didn't overdose. Same goes for remifentanil, b.t.w., only worse. I threw away the rest of a 5 mg (milligram!) vial after the first shot.

Obviously, you can overdose with any i.v. opioid. Doesn't have anything to do with its potency. High potency opioids need to be diluted properly. e.g., for Sufentanil, I would go with 5 mcg/ml. Then, 1 ml equals 5 mg of morphine. Except, as I wrote, it isn't really worth the effort.

That's the strenght of Sufenta (by Janssen-Cilag). I would stay away unless I was an anesthesiologist w/ proper equipment to resuscitate.

This is a strange opioid, the only time I've had it was when I was being prepped for surgery. I was given it through IV on its own- and about 5-10mins later coupled withy midazolam and something else to knock me out, but my first reaction to the drug was hysterical laughing fits. Literally, it went in, and I started laughing and smiling at everything - it's unlike any opiate ever put inside of me. I was laughing for the next 5-10mins and really annoying the nurses, because I couldn't stop laughing. The 5-10mins swept over me like a blast, it felt like 5 seconds had gone but I looked up and it was 10 past 6. Then came the mask, another IV and blackout.

Idk what this stuff does pharmacologically that is different to other opes, but it's definitely something significant. You know the fabled all body orgasm that you hear about? Well, this is it. However, it's not actually particularly attractive. While it's beautiful while it lasts, I think back and can't imagine myself doing it solo type thing. Again, strange, because I am an addict and would happily put whatever opiate in me. Not this one though....

daaamn....10mg morphine is equal to .014mg of sufentanil...fent is ok if you cant get anythin else but id tade out for dope or hell even oxy anyday. true there are a lot of ppl that think strong=best. hydro isnt shit compared to fent but its sooo much more euphoric. ive always felt like heroin was warm water and fent was sleeping in a reefer truck. one second you are usin i and he next you wake up having nodded so harb your teeth were on your toune and the tip is num lol.
