would appriciate fast replies here guys

Yes. It is safe to mix APAP with buprenorphine.

Just don't take more than 4000mg (of APAP) per day. You'll need much less than that for a headache (usually 500-1000mg works fine).

If you're taking the max recommended amount, don't take more than 1g at a time and leave 4 hours inbetween doses. Your liver will thank you.

Yeah, you're fine taking paracet; I do it all the time. Taking it with ibuprofen is a very effective combination. Bupe may be a strong painkiller, but paracet+ibuprofen will always sort me out if I'm in a lot of pain. Voltarol is also a good painkiller.

I`ll second that sometimes paracetamol along with Ibuprofen can really help alongside bupe. Voltarol is just diclofenac as far as i know and just a stronger version of the ibuprofen family.

I think that family are callex nsaids or something. They're getting better buy the day. I had a severe ear infection a year ago. Of course, opiates wouldn't work with bupe, so my doc gave me one of these next gen nsaids (I forget the name), and this drug was beautiful; 100% analgesia. Don't underestimate some of these otc drugs-apparently ibuprofen is comparable to 10 mgs of morphine.
