Opioids Morphine SR 15mg not providing opium dreams/lucid dreaming?

^^^True...but most of the plugging devices I've seen addicts with have simply been syringes with the tip cut off or unscrewed.
 
A lot of addicts i know are very poor and uneducated and would understand very little of what we discuss here in OD I've tried onmany occasions to preach harm reduction but they get pissed and call me a know it all.for example I've explained to many ppl why hydromorphone er can be ivd with just cold water.and some gradp the concept but a lot still cook the pill destroying hydromorphone and melting waxes and other fillers.and many are just lazy...why go buy what u have described when they get free equipment dispensed to them frok pharmacies etc right?

Even "poor and uneducated" people can be taught thing..it all depends on how you go about it. Sure, there are some people who will never give a shit about HR but if you approach thing in the right way then you won't come across as a know-it-all. As a nurse for a very long time I do patient teaching everyday (for 20 years) and that is usually something to do with harm reduction type information and I deal with some of the poorest, most uneducated hardasses that exist....it just depends on how you go about it.
 
So I've finally obtained a rectal syringe and have dissolve 15mg of Morphine SR in 5ml of water. I haven't been taking opiates for a while, so lets assume that I'm currently opiate naive. Would it be okay to take 15mg rectally?
