To an extent.
I know how shit it is to fall out with nieghbours, and how it can escalate quickly.
I also know what its like to be out smarted by a cat [ i have a rouge cat that comes into my house, eats my cat's food then throws it all up just to spite me ]
Maybe your best bet would be to approach the woman next time you see her and say sorry for shouting at the cat, make up some shit like your mum had died and were stressed out.
If she's reasonable she'll understand, if she's a cunt it wont help at all but at least you've tried.

If you haven't already, I would strongly suggest visiting a hospital/emergency room, telling them about your paracetamol intake and having your blood checked. You may be in need of N-acetylcysteine to prevent permanent damage to your liver. For your own good, please take this seriously. Liver disease is no joking matter.

I'm not even sure if the dull ache is correlated with the paracetamol, maybe it is even psychosomatic or caused by the codeine obstipation

But still, I will try to get a blood test tomorrow, as I PM'ed. Thanks again.
 
That is quite a lot, lurching! Are you trying to kill your liver, or just neglecting it? (If it's for the codeine can you not do a cold water extraction?)

I've only been taking them for a few weeks and I usually only take two or three tabs per day (20/500), so doing a CWE is too much work. Also, paracetamol is an effective painkiller for this, works well.

But I needed more codeine on saturday and completely forgot about the paracetamol limit! Def should have done an extraction then. 3500-4000mg one time shouldn't be that dangerous, right? Even with 1500-2000 on the day afterwards?

I guess it depends how healthy your liver was in the first place? Wikipedia reckons that 4g is the recommended maximum in a day. I would definitely keep an eye on whether you're starting to turn yellow, have some milk thistle and cut out paracetamol/alcohol for a while. But then I'm not a doctor and it might well be better to take tryptofan's advice..
