Hiya all,

Codeine addict here, now on suboxone 8 mg to conquer addiction. Started drinking got a bit out of hand but back on track now. Looking for like-minded people. Willing to talk with anyone who's up for a nice conversation, a laugh.

Welcome to Bluelight...it is an awesome community and a great source of harm reduction advice. If you have any questions feel free to ask...you can PM me or anyone else for that matter. When you are a newbie (until you have 50 posts I believe) you have a very limited ability to private message..I think your box only holds 5 and you have to wait couple hours between messages...but after you have 50 posts..then you are good to go.

Ok..so I have to ask...where is sheep shit central?? Lol..

Hiya Everyone - is there somewhere I could make like a journal where i could write down daily thoughts n feelings n get advice from it?

^ Indeed, so soon as you hit 50 posts (and up to 24 hours for the servers to update, usually less) you'll find a 'Blogs' button at the top of the page between 'Forum' & 'What's New?'. If you'd like to use this thread to that end for now, I've no issue with that, and I'd be happy to help you transfer the content over once that feature is available to you.

Everyone is soooooooooo very lovely here. My key worker was right. She said I've been looking in the wrong places for support. Friend who turn on you every time others do are not real friends. True friends stick by you throught good n bad, right. I've got back in touch with an old friend n things are good there.

I was scipted on 8mg bupe and tapered down in .4 increments til i stopped so if u want any pointers feel free to PM me for any advice . North wales was mentioned, Im from north wales myself so if your local an extra Hi and hope your doing well. x
