Probably wrong thread, but fuck me IV speed is starting to disagree with me, i just went for a slash and sparked clean out. Happened before each tine, massive headrush like but not actually conking out. Should i be worried? Probably just a dodgy blood pressure shit with a few etiz on top

That whole fainting thing runs the gamut really.
Probably a blood pressure thing as mentioned. Even more probably summat else cos comes up so oddly specific ime (imo, ymmv, etc, etc).
I'd put no stock in fainting though. Can mean so very many things. Or more. Or none.

I've fainted on drugs before too, is scary, a good idea is not to take any more drugs Keep breathing, keep calm, get your body horizontal so your heart isn't having to work too hard, maybe watch something on TV or read something until things settle down
