Excellent choice of breakfast there ;) Is what I'd be doing if I had the materials.

Can't decide what to do today, have a sudden desire to watch all the Die Hard films cos I've never seen em. Also just seen a review of a film which I've already forgotten the name of, summat to do with Justin and dragons and all that. Wanna go see it.

Knock, what did you think of the Diclazepam? I got some the other week but it did very close to sod all. Is it another one of those that's only good for comedowns/anxiety?

How to train your dragon is a good laugh ? Not sure if thats what you caught a glimpse of but really good fun. Lovely to see you online :) - since the contractors have been and left but I still need to be sort of sane for when they come back Im having one more Valium and a couple of cold cans (Vodka / Valium / Amstel for breakfast - er harm reduction at its finest)

I start mid October mate. Excited and scared in equal measure. :D

You will hate it for a few days (like most big changes - then wonder how you lived without it :D

Brilliant film sir. MY little girl and me love it

True mate. Thanks. I am looking forward to contributing to the bills again and feeling like a proper provider for my family again. Although saying that my wife earns more than and probably always will because she is an amazing, intelligent, beautiful human being. :D

Works wonders for your self-esteem, doesn't it? I'm pleased for you. :)

Though the only family I ever have to provide for is a growing family of crabs.

She's reading this over your shoulder, right?

Ooh, don't think so but you reminded me I've been meaning to watch that for ages so thanks, that's today sorted :D

Think that combo would knock me out haha, you're clearly made of stronger stuff. I'm still waiting on my etiz (half an hour :D) and did dearly want a beer or two with it but know I'd just wake up three days later having missed absolutely everything I need to do. Any plans for the rest of the day? =D

Am still waking up, gonna go get some tea and see to the rabbit. Little fucker escaped the other day and bolted for next door's garden but got confused by the soil and we caught her in a box, Solid Snake style. So now I'm petrified to feed/clean her on my own. Can't wait to move into my new house with its lovely concreted walled in yard for her to play Prison Break in.

Ha ha ha. No she's out at work now. I just thought I should give the girl some credit because for the last two years I have sat at home doing nothing while she grafts paying for my internet and food while I pull in a crap ESA benefit.

Not sure what I did to get her.

Thanks Sammy for the well wishes I haven't got long now till I start. Getting nervous mate I tell you.

You must be doing something right! Fair play to you. She sounds like a very rare type.

I managed a couple of years of being a kept man, but I really took the piss. Really. Sounds like you appreciate what you've got and don't take it for granted.

I cant pass out (I normally would) but these guys are coming back in a few hours and I have to be semi awake - mind you asleep on the sofa with my arse hanging out could lead to some laughs :D (solid snake style :D). I can't have pets that need to be fed / looked after would love a dog but not fair as I travel too much (two weeks before my next trip). I got some weird ass pills in Thailand the other week - over the counter job for sinus trouble. Take them sober and after an hour they knock you out/or you walk about zoned out like a Lorivan - take them with a drink :D.

Sorry talking shit (and sorry for all the :D)

Total opposite for me. Love the start of a new job - new people, new place, learning new stuff. Then after six months the novelty runs out and I can't get out of bed / can't wait to leave.

Yeah a new job is great - but getting back into the old job that you HATED and left is another thing :D. I think Benso hated his cheffing job ? Not sure now he may have loved it?

Back from my Interview, I don't get this American thing where you have to all get into a group & build a bridge & say what animal you want to be etc......
I said I wanted to be a wolf as I always liked Fenrir from the Ragnarök, I also side with Loki so I could have picked a horse but it's to late now.
Fingers crossed I got the job, I need it really badly atm.

Found a old toot this morning under a pile of clothes on the floor which was ok I guess but it helped with my back pain a bit, plenty of Coffee & a few roll up's before I set out so I was going full power.
Hoping to be working full time in 5 weeks Insha'Allah.

Haha what the fuck? Odd sounding interview, hope it went well tho :D

We had the typical face to face chat etc then thrown into groups to build bridges etc......
Should have taken the last 4-aco-dmt about 6.30am, would have made things a bit more fun

Fingers crossed for you Bodda buddy.
Thanks :)

From what I read looks like your going back into the work place too, fair play to you.

Oh no I don't mean entirely new job, I worked in the same narrow field of IT for 10 years until w years ago, but each new site was sufficiently different technically that there was a fair amount to learn about the way things are done.

Never cheffed (I made tomato crowns once and I've put garlic bread in the oven but that's it) but I'm sure each kitchen has it's own different approaches and techniques to learn. More so when you're working with Heston and Hugh right enough.
