On the tweek again. Drinkin' county prune!
Hey so a bit of background...

I'm a 23 y/o male, 6'2" 205, 15% BF at the moment. I've barely been working out in several months due to a nasty skiing accident followed by an extremely busy schedule and gained some fat, but I've got some free time, and have started hitting the gym hard again. Last year I was in quite good shape, 6'2" 220lb 8% BF and doing marathons.

I've never done anything beyond creatine (workout-related) in the past.

I've been doing a bit of reading, and I'm thinking of trying CJC-1295 w/o DAC+GHRP6+Cabergoline+Selegiline to help build more lean mass. I'm naturally a fairly easy gainer. I think I might have slightly elevated prolactin at the moment. My ultimate goal is probably to get to around 240lbs at somewhere around 5% BF.

I'm hesitant to try anabolics given the side effect profile. I just blew a couple grand on body hair removal, and the last thing I want is sitting through that again. :p

Wondering what people's opinions are on this? I'm still not precisely sure what doses would be best. OFC we're assuming I'm on a decent diet and workout program.

Also, should I try dropping more bodyfat before starting? I'm a big stimulant fan, so this isn't a problem. ;)

Personally id check out hexarelin instead. You got the caber to keep hexarelins prolactin side effect from being an issue. Guido has told me that peptides solo doesnt yield much thougj similar to hgh ran solo doesnt achieve much. I await to hear from the wiser folks. Best of luck to you

Why are you using seligiline ? Just curious...
From a sticky : Can Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH CJC-1295) be used alone? The problem with using only Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) (even the stronger analogs) is that they are only effective when somatostatin is low (the growth hormone inhibiting hormone). So if you administer it in a trough (or when a growth hormone pulse is not naturally occurring) you will add very little growth hormone release. If however you administer it during a rising wave or growth hormone pulse (somatostatin will not be active at this point) you will add to growth hormone release. Can Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides (GHRP) be used alone?Yes. They are capable of creating a larger pulse of growth hormone on their own than Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) and they do this with much more consistency and predictability without regard to whether a natural wave or trough of growth hormone is currently taking place. What is a typical protocol for Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) and Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides (GHRP)?Studies have suggested the following:A typical conservation protocol would be:100-200mcg of Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides (GHRP)Approximately 5-7 days a week - subcutaneous injectionsThis can be used once, twice, three or four times a day to make it more effective. When dosing multiple times a day at least 3 hours should separate the administrations.A more aggressive protocol would be:100-200mcg of Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides (GHRP) plus100-300mcg of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH).Approximately 5-7 days a week - subcutaneous injectionsThis can be used once, twice, three or four times a day to make it more effective. When dosing multiple times a day at least 3 hours should separate the administrations.

You aren't getting to 240 at 5% without AAS.

r.

This is exactly true. Look if you are willing to jab your self with a needle on a daily basis with peptides; you might just want to buckle down train really hard and get to about 12% body fat 10% is even better and then run a basic cycle. Look at the Sickie at the top of the forum page called " Your First Cycle". Also get a few books, on nutrition and training read them if you were running marathons you obviously have the mentality to set a goal and reach it now do the same thing. because lemme tell you man 6'2'' @ 240 and 5% BF is like world class BB rage bro. That is a hefty goal man. I suggest reading up on AAS as much as possible- William Llewellyn- Anabolics- the 10th edition great book covers the basics of a lot of the compounds, for both on cycle and off cycle as well as PCT.

Chemical Muscle Enhancement - by L. Rea
The New Encyclopedia of Modern Body Building - Arnold Schwarzenegger
Super Men : Building Maximum Muscle of Lifetime- Craig Cecil
Body Building From Heavy Duty to Super Slow - Craig Cecil

These are all books with great info on training, and some nutrition best nutrition books are Textbooks and frankly the internet and common sense. That goal is not out of the question but is like a said a hefty one Look into Frank Zane, his system is most likely going to be what you want then man was very very low in body fat and super symmetrical granted hes from the golden era but the man was impressive. But I digress, Peptides, growth hormone are for later on in your journey at least in my opinion, they are like the polish for the statue- but you still have to sculpt the statue and that requires you to begin a foundation of strength and training. The chemicals are important for your goal but the key piece is your dedication to that goal. Diet and training are really what you need to focus on right at this moment. Like I said get down to 12-10% BF then plan a cycle if your in a rush, ideally you should have a few years of training naturally under your belt before you start using chemicals to mess with your hormone levels.
These are serious compounds, and to often people rush in and get results that you could have achieved un aided, and then they push it even further and look like bloated shit and end up fucking up their systems. The real work here is the work you put in to following a strict plan for your new diet and training program. Ideally and in order to get to your goal it’s a life style change, every thing you do is geared to getting to 5% Body Fat @ 240lbs which trust me is a monumental task. I am sorry if I sound like a douche man , but I am just throwing it out there. The guys here will give you all the advise and support you need, but only if you do some of the work your self research things your self, and not ask to be spoon feed. Your off to a decent start but for right now lets put that goal as a long term on and say state a different goal to work for. Just like a lot of things man this is just the begging of a long journey, so plan accordingly. Also get some blood work confirmed especially if you think you have a specific issue like you think you have an issue with prolactin- a blood test will confirm.
Good luck brother and again sorry if I sound douchey. If there is any thing I can do or question I can answer I will point you in the direction if at all possible man cheers and good luck.
