Really sick, but I found a straw of someone's w/ h coating the inside-
Didn't know if I could shot it - I put it in the spoon and some of it dissolved, should I?
I figure the cotton will catch all the burnt stuff.

Absolutely not.

If you IV that shit you'll be putting some seriously nasty shit into your veins and probably actually zero heroin.

Horrible idea with likely zero benefit and many risks.

Not only is this a bad idea because most of the heroin will be degraded, destroyed, or outright gone, the cotton won't "catch most of the burnt stuff". Cotton is so crude of a filter that you can still have a large amount of vein-destroying crap even after "filtering".

Also, injecting material that has been near someone else's nose/mouth, and possibly contaminated with all sorts of pathogens, is not wise. That's how you contract Hep C and other nasties.

Throw that shit out, buddy.
