Rapid dissolution of THC wax in fats or oils (instantly activating butter with wax)

I remember coming upon a post here, or on D-F, about making near instant cannabutter with wax and a heat source. Is this even possible? IIRC poster said they would drop the wax into a spoon with butter and briefly apply flame, I imagine it looks something like cooking dope on a spoon. It sounds too good to be true, and I usually take some of the drug forum posts with a grain of salt.

But if this is possible, its pretty nifty. And it should probably be circulated more. Thoughts/comments?

i alluded to it in an earlier post, but this is very easy to do.

Most of the time spent making cannabutter is drawing the thc and related compounds out of the plant. With wax, you have already done this in making the hash, so there is nothing to leach.

I discovered just how effective this was when I shattered my leg last year. Unable to walk and in serious pain, I had to find a way to medicate without smoking, bc it was not allowed. With my limited mobility and strength, I made toast, spread a small amount wax on it, spread a healthy amount of real butter on it, and microwaved it for about 10 seconds. Optional: cinnamon and raw sugar. Instant, potent edible.

Also ate quite a bit of wax straight up, which worked but not as well as the above method.

Did you use the same wax NJ5227?

I have some friends who put oil into capsules and take them and they say it gets them plenty high. Maybe putting coconut oil into the capsules would work even better.

yeah, same wax.

it would be interesting to see the effects. Have them do a test and find out for us.
