acytelfentynal potency

My bag was labeled, so I "knew" what it was. It seems strange people OD on it since you can't shoot it (not saying impossible) but 10mg was good enough a dose (intranasal), and 30mg had me nodding like oxy would... how many is a lot? Are you talking about people dying or just going over the intended dosage? Like the PA cases.
 
where did you read it was supposed to be purplish? if there is white and chunks of tan it sounds like you have an admixture there, could be why you werent having success IVing it. from the things ive read, the majority of the OD deaths were from ppl injecting the drug thinking it was dope. fent analogs arent really suited to be sold as rc's....i love my opis, but that is the kind of trend that will kill a shit ton of ppl either bc they have no idea of what they are doing, how to properly dose it or cut it, or both. plus its the kind of thing that will bring on absurd heat from leo's, looking to make anyone dealing dope a federal convict.

Not to be contrary, but was labeled by who/what?

I mean can't we stick a label on a bag, say its heroin and put some dog shit in there?
Then "we know" what it is?
 
Cayman Chem suggests that based on the EC50, acetyl fentanyl is about 1/20th the potency of normal fentanyl. (EC50 of 676 nM for Ac-Fent vs 30 nM @ mu opioid receptors for Fent).

1/14th, 1/15th, then 1/20th... that's a big leap when dealing with large doses lol.

*an old man dying of cancer next to me in the hospital had to have fent often, otherwise the sound was unbearable...bad flashbacks.
 
100+ mg of quality Acytelfentalynal is survivable, not recommended. but 20-30mg intranasal does the job well.
 
I have acquired this in a sample pack...I have been taking 1-2mg suboxone daily for about 4 years.I usually take 1mg in the morning and 1 more again at night. Sometimes I can skip the night dose..I just wana lay down alil info to try and get my point out.
So..I don't have a mg scale.but still decided to test it.I tried tiny spec ks until I got a baseline feel..what I concluded is this stuff is great for pain but lasts only about an hour or two..

I was thinking of trying to use this to help get.me off the suboxone soafter getting a baseline feel I wud take just a lil speck which def cut thru the suboxone but the feeling wud only last about 1-1 1/2 hrs..and then I wud take another lilspeck and I did this starting on Friday afternoon and continued to take until early Sunday morning at 3am... I didn't want to take anymore because after every dose I felt as if I was feeling my suboxone withdrawl along with the withdrawl from the acetylfent..I was smelling that opiate detox smell everytime the acetyl wore off...

I ended up taking a piece of subutex on Sunday 12 hrs after the last acetyl dose.I wanted.to make sure I wud b put in precip withdrawl.which was hard cuz not even an hour after I wud dose the acetyl I was feeling increasingly crappy.so waiting 12hrs was difficult.So I don't know if what I was feeling between every dose of the acetyl the days I took it.Was it from NoT taking my suboxone for two days,and I was just putting off those withdrawls with the acetyl.or was in the acetyl itself that was giving me the withdrawl.

I'm sorry if I dnt seem like I'm making any sense.kinda hard putiing what I want to know in words...but does anybody know if this wud be something someone can use to help ween off suboxone?..I don't know what to make of my experience with it..if I knew how long the had life was on this stuff I wud have a better feel on this .How long does a single dose stay in the system for?and what is the soonest amount of time after using this that I can take my suboxone again..because I didn't like waiting the 12hrs.that I did..
 
this is a new RC kind of yes. it's about 80x morphine. take a tiny keybump and it will nod you out. be super careful though because getting caught up in this shit does NOT take long. pretty soon you'll be takiing a bump every half hour to avoid w/d's. so be careful. if you do start, MAKE SURE YOU TAPER. save some so you don't go cold turkey. seriously. I would just stay away
 
Hey guys, I feel the need to chime in here...I just crossed paths with some of this, and OMG it's strong! Much stronger than what people are saying it is! And I have a fairly large tolerance-150-180 mg oxymorphone per day. I only insufflated a few grains of it, like grains of sand, and within half an hour I was worried about my breathing! So please be very careful!
 
And it was def acetyl fent you had? I've really wanted to try it and have found a few vendors with it bit have heard mixed reviews. I think I moght give it a go..any try it iv safely?

I would recommend not even fucking around with this stuff, and definitely DO NOT IV this shit. My dog did it for a couple months and the withdrawals were the worst he's ever felt. Total hell. If you must however, be very VERY careful Take a tiny TINY BUMP first. a TINY key bump will make you nod hard. It's extremely addictive, and if you start taking more than that, you're in trouble. It feels great but the half life is so short, and you're deep into it, you'll have to wake up in the middle of the night to redose so you an sleep. This stuff is nothing to fuck with. If you do, you MUST taper yourself off of it very slowly. But for real, it's not only dangerous, addictive as hell, but the w/d's are absolute HELL. Good luck man, be safe.
 
Oh, yes Medicine...
It is definitely the right stuff. I took what I thought were crazy precautions, gloves, brightly lit sterile surface, scales, you name it. Now I'm very glad that I tend to be such a cautious person. However, I can see why this stuff is not available to most experimenting druggies out there. When someone is deep enough into their addiction, they have a tendency to throw caution to the winds. And this stuff is not for anyone with a lax attitude! Not a substance to party the weekend away with! The reason I needed it was to help wean off of oxymorphone. It did help, but I had to be oh, so careful. Every time. If there had been any other way, I definitely wouldn't have touched it with a ten foot pole.
 
Oh, and when it's time to dispose of this stuff, please be very careful. I almost flushed it into the water table! Get some ziplock baggies and wear gloves! Then put it deep into your trash :). You wouldn't want the wrong person to get a hold of it!
