What to eat when rolling.

Hello bluelight lately when im rolling i have this feeling of a empty stumach. Its not really upsetting me but it gives this weird feeling perhaps some nausea.

Before i roll i always eat a well balanced meal 2-3 hours before like good 2 cups of rice some meat and alot of vegtables, but the parties are mostly 10 hours long and around the half of it i get some kind of empty feeling. ( i dont have the urge to vomit tho ).

So are there any kinds of food easy to digest very light on the stumach, and give me a ''fuller'' sense in my stumach.

That's really unusual, most people have absolutely no appetite on MDMA. I know that I can't eat anything well into the next day.
 
i have this issue too, but most food is completely unappetizing while under the influence. I've had great luck with bananas and fruit smoothies in this case.
 
I can usually eat while rolling, light foods atleast.
Yogurt, fruit, and cereal are my favourite.
Id try to wait till after the comeup as well since that is when the nausea usually happens and your food won't do any good if you vomit it up 20 minutes later
 
Like most others I have absolutely no desire for food when rolling, but experimentation has revealed that good quality dark chocolate is enjoyable in small quantities.
 
Used to roll without any appetite of food, but I started rolling so often I just learned to enjoy food on M....now i can eat almost anything so long as it's not too dry. Moisture is key, i started off with easy shit...try smoothies, work your way up to milkshake/protein shakes, then try yogurt, parfait, fruits like orange or grapes, and if your stuck try milk...the less hungry you are go for lighter % milk, worst case you drink a glass and get enough protein to hold you off, everytime i have milk when im rolling, my body lovesssss it, as if it were just sitting there waiting for the calcium to roll in haha...practice makes perfect!
 
I was warned to stay far away from dairy products. Never really had a desire to eat much of anything. Hard candy will turn to a syrupy nightmare, and gum turned into a pasty mess.
 
One light beer shouldn't hurt. I always drink a light beer on the comeup. Or a smoothie

I've thought about having a smoothie. I figured the vitimins, minerals, and protein would be a good idea but have never actually tried it. Do you notice an easier hangover when you have a smoothie?
 
I have no appetite but still get the physical sensation of hunger...I just can't mentally do it :( For me bananas are the only thing I can eat while high so I always have some on hand! Not too crunchy or overly sweet, as long as they're yellow and not browning I can tolerate them and they fill me up for a couple of hours at least!
 
Lol I know it was stupid but yrs ago there were multiple occasions I would go to the gym rolling and I think that may have had something to do with my appetite tolerance... If you exercise and physically drain your energy, the muscles will go looking for a new source of energy... You just have to choose what's easiest to digest..
To me smoothies are the best start because they are cold, refreshing, and packed full of nutrients to feed the body. And its hydrating...
And I never really experience hangovers much the next day...if it's going to happen at all, I will experience cramping in my hamstrings, glutes and calves... Usually an indication I've ingested a little too much powder and then I pay for it the next day with a sore body (not something to brag about, but it happens, im only human)... But I never experience depression anymore, only sort from over working by body...
 
But in my experience, hands down best hangover cure is a weed cookie.... Both with ecstasy (and occasional cocaine use), cookies make me feel happy and take my mind off feeling down... Take a couple bong rips throughout the day, you should be good to go lol
 
Before rolling, take vitamins C & E & B complex – big difference in hangover.
Fruit & a little bread is good.
Avoid foods which contain MAO inhibitors -- milk, beans, peanuts.
The combination may cause adverse reaction in 3% of the population, ranging from vomiting to a dangerous rise in blood pressure. I know a girl, her experience with MDA was going well until she drank some milk, which caused illness.
