By and large (minus alcohol, and i guess rural meth culture), with most drug DOC drug subcultures (dope, molly, weed, psychs, coke, etc...) the average user is pretty accepting of all lifestyles, not just with gay guys. I've seen buffed out redneck lookin (not actual rednecks) guys chop it up, not being awkward, with flamboyant users just because they shared the drug commonality.
Besides pro-gay rights groups, and political liberals... do we come in like 3rd place wtf? Unfortunately this may be because the gay community does have a substance abuse problem different than your average architect; for example. Straight and gay drug users just naturally intermingle.
Also, anyone notice in the Lounge especially on BL, all guys like to play "fake gay"... even more than your average highschool/college kid, seemingly...?
Not saying I don't do that to this day, but it's a sign of acceptance I think of gay people.
