Sweet tasteing, powdery "MDMA"

So the other night we got
some molly off a new 'friend'. It looked like standard MDMA we get in the area, very white, clean and good. But supposedly i noticed it tasted VERY sweet, like a sucrose taste. I assumed it had just been cut with sugar but i remembers one of the "huge" rocks i was initally
excited for did not
crush like glass or whatever i am used to, but crumbled with little pressure, reminded me of what dry, compact snow would feel like.

The high was for some people very bad, i enjoyed myself but it was not MDMA. The come up made us each very irritable, not very talkative at all, it was simlair to ketamine in that it put me in a "zone" which i didnt want alot of people entering. The come
down however was very pleasent, simlair to how Molly should be but more spiritual, colours looked even more excessively vibrant than what i have experienced before, almost Van Gogh like, it was interesting.

The only sweet tasting 'mdma' I ever had was, I'm pretty sure, actually mephedrone. There is no way of telling for sure without proper testing.

He says himself he doesn't think it is MDMA, there is NO possible way to tell what you took just by taste. You need to get a testing kit dude, licking up random powders is a sure fire way to get fucked in the ass by "molly"

Testing kit for sure, drugs can be cut with all kinds of things and different batches can taste different from a variety of factors like different methods of synthesis or different techniques for synthesis.
I once got MDMA that was cut with juice crystals, all my dips tasted like very bitter peach juice haha

Definitly testing. I agree 100 % with you, if i had tested the roll i took 6 months ago, i woulndt have had the worst trip of my life, i wouldnt be fucking anxious and derealised all the tiem and i could smoke weed. I still want to bang my head on the wall for not testing my pill. I thought if its white must be a meth bomb as im used to where im from white = meth but it was like 2-3 different drugs together, one of them being or being related to pMA im sure of that. Fuck the cemist who made that pill

Yea, first and last time go to a powder dealer who dont atleast know 'through' somebody. I would test it if had any left, it turned out to be quite a almost, spiritual experience in a good kind of way for two of us, but certainly not one id want to repeat unintentionally.

Mephedrone definitely has a sort-of-sweet taste. Can't remember whether Methylone did!

On that topic, and sorry to derail, but there was an article in the magazine Mixmag suggesting that a lot of "Molly" in the US is actually methylone, what do you guy reckon?

So sold as Meph, suspected not to be? 4-methylETHcathinone possibly. Would explain the sweet taste, and irritable come-up.

White and powdery does not sound like MDMA. Especially sweet. While there is white and powdery mdma, it is more rare and the sweetness is definitely suspicious.

No way to be 100% unless you test it, but its probably not MDMA.

I don't think anything more needs to be said than get a test kit. Taste is NOT a reliable way to identify MDMA, and licking random powders is foolhardy in the least.
