100 mg morphine pills is the choice.


I know that cotton is nice ideally at all considered a filter for crushing up (2) 100 mg morphine pills n shooting, but what if your just trying it once? will there really be a big issue with powder getting into your viens and whatnot from a one time thing?

one time isn't going to kill you, but once usually turns into an everyday thing
 
You're going to shoot up 200mg of morphine? I hope you have a tolerance. Shooting up 200mg is not a "one time" thing.

This is a good point.

@FastRaceCarGuy - Intravenous morphine is up to 5x stronger than taking it orally, so you should take 1/5th of the dose you usually take orally when you IV it, and then go from there. Not only is it that much stronger, but you are also getting it all at once, which is why you should start out with even less than 1/5th of your normal oral dose.

What is your normal dose, and do you usually take it orally? Do you take morphine regularly, or is there another opiate you use more frequently?

Oral last time I tried 5 100 Mgs crushed up to a fine powder than put into gel caps. Really didn't do much just felt a lol tingly in the limbs. I have a heavy oxy tolerance. In excess of 300 Mgs. I know atleast in the oxy world that's a pretty heavy hitter (not to say others don't take more) and I'm only saying this because actually my buddy is gonna take the needle. I'm actually just going to plug I'd say maybe 400-500 Mgs cuz I heard plugging norphine crushed up can be anywhere from 1x to 3x stronger than taken orally.
 
The other problem with not filtering pills is not just the irritation to your veins but also the clumps that can end up in your heart and lungs among other things...

Plugging would definitely be a much better ROA, shooting up MScontin or other morphine er isn't recommended.
 
You gotta use micron filters for those, theres an mscontin IV megathread around here somewhere, complete with pictures.

Also, you're going to need a massive syringe to IV that much morphine at once. Morphine isn't so terribly soluble as other opiates.

I don't even understand exactly if you are asking whether its all right to not filter at all or if its all right to filter with just a cotton? The wording in confusing and misleading
 
Just want to know how bad for a one time user trying to shoot but only using a very small cotton ball as filter... Is this okay once? Because I wanted to iv 2 100 Mgs
 
^what do you mean?

yah filtering through a cotton ball will "work" but that doesnt mean it is safe

I think it should be noted that 200mgs IV morph is a hell of a lot stronger than 300mgs oral oxy, and you might not be as cross-tolerant as you think. Might wanna check conversions on that one <3
