ok so here goes, started Topamax yesterday however, I guess my question is simple. Mixing all these is ok maybe? Just wondering what kind of reactions I will have.

Oxycodone 30mg *NOT Percocet*
Klonopin 1MG
Topamax 25mg morning and 50mg at night
Ambien 5mg
Gabapentin 900mg
Flexiril 10mg

I guess my question is, do they cancel each other out? Like does the gaba cancel one or the other out? I have read you SHOULD not mix Topamax with alot of things, guess im coming to you for advice. Be advised these are all prescribed, kinda nervous if they can have bad reactions/cancel each other out?

Also do you think that being on these drugs for 10+ years will destroy my organs totally? Sorry just asking for opinions. I know oxy pure wont mess up my liver, thats why they took me off of percocet because it was hurting my liver all of the acetaminophen

google drug interactions and you can find out in depth the dangers of mixing different drugs
yup did it, but with my concoctions there isnt much, lol. This is why I figured I would ask here, because of previous question SWIT has done this before.

Well if gabapentin works like lyrica then it will potentiate the klonopin and ambien to a high degree. Add in flexeril and oxy and depending on your tolerance you might find yourself overly sedated. I don't know anything about the Topamax.

yeah i felt severaly drunk and very disorientated and bad thoughts all over the place, taking oxy with ativan and gabapentin. I mean it literally felt like a bad acid trip

Is possible respiratory depression and death a bad interaction for you?

You are mixing multiple CNS depressants at once, which can be very dangerous. Many OD's come from exactly this kind of combination.

You hear all those stories about hollywood celebrities dying from prescription pill OD's? This is how it happens.

I was given topamax for migraine prevention, and I also take Effexor, ambien, and Perc's for migraines. I hated the topamax, I felt terrible. I quit them after a week.

By "not percocet" do you mean they are Oxycontins or just trying to say they don't contain APAP (or any of the other crap)

OK, I'm assuming you've mixed all these before minus the Topamax. Topamax isn't going to make this combination any more or less safe than it already is. As others have mentioned you're mixing a lot of CNS depressants which can be problematic, but if you're tolerant to all of them already and have been taking them for some time it shouldn't be an issue. None of these will cancel each other out, in fact every substance you mentioned save the Topamax potentiates every other substance you mentioned. You've kind of got a Heath Ledger cocktail going on here so I'd be careful.

yes by just pure oxycodone NO additives, just the pill without the aspirin/ibuprofen or acetmophean. I mixed them all, the thing is none of them really hurt my breathing. I know they are cns depres.

if prescription medication is taken as prescribed, then CNS depression should not occur"
dont know if this applies to me or not, but im on alot of them. I was more or less worried about the topamax. I tried it before, it was working ehh, but then BANg massive cluster headaches and migraines all over again. So it did nothing but make me feel like shit while i was on them
