Hah, I used to have veins like that. In another life it feels like, hah.
When you go to a needle exchange will they give you needles if you don't have any dirty ones to exchange? Also, do they give out micron filters and bacteriostatic water? I'm just lookin' for really any info on needle changes because I ended up getting a half gram today, I can't keep snorting dope. Please don't preach to me that I should get clean instead.

i like to use 27g lure lock 1/2 inch 3ml because pushing the plunger on a 3ml syringe with anything less than a 27g needle is very difficult
i dont know if anyone mentioned this, but you definitely want to invest in a 30ml vial and some benzyl alcohol so you can make a ready-to-use solution, that is if you have the supply for this. i had 0.2um micron filters, i would take two 3ml luer lock syringes, put the drugs in one of the 3ml syringes and fill with 2ml water to leave some air. then i would pack 1ml of cotton down into the other luer lock syringe with the micron filter attatched, and backload this micron-syringe with the solution with the drugs in it. then id insert the needle into the 30ml vial, and replace the plunger. make sure to push VERY SLOWLY on the plunger so you dont put too much pressure on the filter. id push down maybe .5-1ml of solution into the vial at a time, then release some pressure on the syringe allowing air to get back in.

Yes usually they will give you needles no matter what, there just might be a limit if you don't bring in any of your own.
