Drugs and Frequency, important

Hello people, how are you?
So, i was thinking about how works the things with different kind of drugs. For example, if a took Mephedrone last saturday, i know that is not recommended take it again this saturday, i should wait like another week, is that right? I wanna know the "time of break" for all drugs, like:

Nbome: 2 weeks is a great time to wait until the next one.
Mephedrone: ? 1 week?
Lsd: 1 week?
Ecstasy: 4 weeks?

And also, can i mix the weeks? Like, last weekend i took mephedrone, this next weekend can i take nbome or lsd? and the next week, 1 after this, can i take mephedrone again? Or should i wait and dont take anything in this "time of break"?

that is a question that is pretty much impossible to answer it depends on a lot of different things

The most important one to abide by is the MDMA time frame. It's highly recommended to wait a minimum of four weeks in between doses. The others are more of a precautionary method but it's a good idea to still take a break in between doses.

you obviously like drugs; you would be wasting good getting high time if you took some days off or schedule that shit. when you are ready to quit you are ready to quit. if you arent ready and want to continue, then go shoot dope. there is no stopping the inevitable outcome

Are you advising him to not take days off? This does not seem like very good harm reduction advice at all.

Ok, i know that, but i know that i want use as soon as possible, inside the harm reduction perspective.

But i just thought that different drugs uses differents receptors of dopamine and serotonine, so its not harmful, for example, take meph on saturday and next saturday take alcohol and the next one take lsd. Thats my question, is it harmful or its better not to take any drug at all, even alcohol and cannabis?
