Planted a San Pedro upside down

I don't know if this is the proper place to ask, but my normal forum is down so I thought I'd give it a try
I think I might have planted a san pedro cuting upside down.. any advice?

From my experience: it'll take a lot longer to grow, but eventually it will grow upside down as well. It just has to root first, which may take quite a lot of time. If you planted it not too long ago, why don't you take it out and put it in right?
