mescaline? too good to be true?

apparently, you can legally buy mescaline containing cactus in the UK, and extraction is apparently a fairly simple process.

I've seen a few sites selling the cactus. But it seems too good to be true. Why don't more people do this? everyone told me that Mescaline is rare as shit in the uk.
 
San Pedro / Peruvian Torch? Yeah, it's available. And it's great. Why is it not more popular?

Why don't more people extract their own DMT? Druggies are generally lazy and look for instant gratification, that's why.
 
You can buy Escaline from vendors but I won't name them.
If Escaline is anything like Mescaline I would avoid it like a dose of Ebola.

Back on topic, yes it's true you can buy them & it's not a scam
 
It's not as popular due to preparation, it needs to be received in post in large quanties which is dodgy and it's a bit more taxing on the purge than LSD. When being sold it's always really expensive I've found.
 
Yeah there's no money in it, you have to extract it yourself, but it's damn easy. STB, pull with xylene, crash out with HCL. Bish bash bosh. Too good and also true.
 
the cacti aren't expensive, and if your para about ordering them you can buy kits to grow your own. the preparation process seems reasonably simple, and it's worth it because i really want to try mescaline.

odering the cacti should'nt be dodgy anyway, unless your ordering loads and police think your going to start selling.
 
Some police forces are keen on prosecuting people caught with cactus chips. They'll prosecute you as if the cactus was "a preparation of mescaline" so be aware.

I think the reason why it's not more popular is that drinking san pedro snot is akin to medieval torture. Just bringing the cup to your lips can make you gag and retch. You need balls of steel to drink it. Unless you take it anally which eliminates nausea - but beware anal leakage.

I never found extracting it that easy - it tends to clump up into one massive snot-ball which is a nightmare to work with.

But yeah - mescaline is very gentle, very nice bodyhigh and I find it enhances a slightly different colour spectrum to acid or mushrooms, more bluey-greeny. Good for walking in nature. I don't think it's quite as psychedelic as acid/mushrooms. A synthetic that's pretty much exactly the same as mescaline is DOM.

I actually have a tab of dom, only ever heard bad things about it though. was considering binning it, do you like it?

Yeah - what dose did you take? 6mg is mescaline territory. Only lasts about 10 hours, peak at about 6 hours. Takes a couple hours to come on.
 
my tab is apparently 5mg. I might still take it but it sounds too long and a bit too speedy. although 5mg might be alright. is t really just like mescaline? not heard anyone say that before.
 
I found them pretty indistuingishable. Nothing speedy about 5 or 6mg. I think the reason it got a strange repututation for being speedy or lasting a long time is people thought it was acid and took 5 or 6 blotters of it. It's incredibly gentle at 5mg.
 
I have no idea the mg dose sadly Ismene.
I agree with the Shulgin view of having the doom & glory in it I'm not a fan from my experience.

Strange thing was even when I did several Escaline trips I still had that native American look to my face when I saw a reflection of myself, big lips & nose plus my face looked like I was 60 years old.
 
cactus grow kits arent quick ill tell you that! takes years to grow enough...

also, curious and envious that some stumble upon DOM and think of binning it while others look for years...

I thought it was rare but it's really cheap atm on certain oniony sites...

I'd just heard some stuff that had put me off, it's duration for a start, ismene has made me more curious though.
 
I didn't think it was cheap the last time I was looking for some hexa - certainly the dried cactus chips cost an absolute fortune. If you buy "young" peyote whole plants then they don't work - they need to be at least 15 years old and bear in mind some native americans would take up to 35 peyote buttons to trip so you're looking at a hill of money.

Young san pedro are a better bet but I don't know how many of them you'd need to trip. Lot of effort converting a fresh plant into tea too.
 
if i remember it right you need a good couple of feet of cactus to get hings going.
and cactus isnt ine of the things that the postman can suff in the mailbox all inconspicuous like...
 
The cactus does tend to form a ball of snot, but I've found that heat and time and plenty of base break it down.
