Aaah right Tange. Y'know... When I ran out one week, and had to endure 3 days without it, I noticed just how much it was doing to help with my Anxiety. I was a wreck, couldn't go outside, couldn't pick up the phone when someone rang, I even panicked when the postman needed me to sign for a fucking package!
It was ridiculous!
And what with you having a smoke, taking some Etiz and Lyrica then I don't doubt how marshmallow-esque your head must be feeling. I'm not having a go at you at all ofcourse - Anything that helps you feel better then do it :) (within reason).
So yeah, if you can, try decrease the doses of your meds and try upping the Amitriptyline and relying on the Diazepam (which you should really be getting 5mg tabs of :| but that's the way with most GPs these days innit? :\) for when your Anxiety gets really bad. Infact try asking about increasing both of them if you can - If your GP notices that you need to up the dosage of the unabusable med then perhaps they'll be willing to up the Diaz too :? Worth a try!

Cheers monsta :) The diazepam isn't going to be prescribed regularly, for sure. I'm aware I'm on a bit of a cocktail at the moment. Actually for the longest period I can remember, currently. I used to have 'a month off' everything including booze, every now and then...to prove to myself I could, and that I didn't 'need' anything I was taking. I haven't done this in over a year (I think...memory is a bit foggy!)

I am drinking less and only taking the odd etizolam (haven't got addicted to em thankfully.)

I have little faith in doctors to prescribe what I know helps me function a lot better. I have a tendency to think I know better (when it comes to my own body and drugs. Dunno why when I've fucked up one too many times. 8()

I am going to see some friends tomorrow and the plan is to have a shed load of really good ket, so I don't want anything to reduce its effectiveness. I haven't had ket or mxe for a while now. The plan is to take no Amitriptyline tonight (I figure it lasts a while if its one dose a day) and no pregabalin or diaz/etizolam tomorrow... and see how I get on.

BASICALLY I'm going on a rapid detox, so I can enjoy another drug properly! Which doesn't sound like the best reason to do it, but oh well.

Will see how it goes. If I'm riddled with anxiety tomorrow I'll have some etizolam over diaz for the short half life.

Yeah it was you Knock BUT I would not dare name someone direct with such a thing, not that it's something to be shamed of but it's private & I find it in bad taste to name someone like that.

I agree TLM, There's enough of her to go around, I think she would be wild in bed tbh.
I didn't really get my Beth kink till series 5 as sometimes she wasn't that great but series 7 she is bang tidy.
I'd go to Hawaii to do a crime & bailed out by her then run off JUST for the experience of being grabbed by her. I reckon she is a right bossy sex machine & she could handcuff me any day.

On another point I want to see what knock thinks of that photo. In my view there's nothing wrong with it & I think it's quite sexy but that's just me. I guess to use a drug metaphor some people like top coke from Peru, others like glue.
