Shpongle Roll Call

It sounds pretty good on acid, though I prefer psytrance/psybient stuff with shrooms. But don't they hand you free acid on entry? :?

I'm seriously tempted but it's expensive for just Shpongle, especially as the new album doesn't do anything for me. If there was a bit of Younger Brother or 1200 Mics as well I'd be there already. There's also the Boom Festival preview thing on the night after, if I recall correctly.
 
Fuckin love Goa stuff and the parties are the best , you meet the best dealers there, real ones who want to dose you proper and not make a quick buck ( or so I have heard)

was gonna say, everyones told me that psytrance works better with shrooms.

the only time I've enjoyed psytrance was on aMT, a tryptamine that's apparently a bit like milder shrooms.

it just has that pumping, intense 'flying up the psychedlic tunnel' feel to it, if you know what I mean. Acid feels a bit more floaty and gentle, more intense but in a different way.

It is my first time with acid but I will adding quite a bit of MDMA into the mix so it should put a different slant on it.

I am interested to hear who the DJ's will be. I am expecting that Hallucinogen will do a set and from looking at OTT and Younger Brother tour dates, both are available.

The ticket prices are steep but fuck it, Shpongle don't play many live events and it hopefully means there will be another good artist there too.... The way I justified it was the fact that I am spending more in drugs than the ticket. ... My calculation was as follows;

A tab of Acid - £10
3 MDMA Pills - £30
1.8g of Weed - £20
Ticket - £37.50

Being Shpongled - Priceless

Ahh, the joys of being both small and a lightweight. I could be Shpongled quite easily for a tenner. =D
 
Tickets have arrived ... That was quick!

Does anyone have any suggestions of where to go after it finishes at 2am? ... I am debating whether to keep going and get the first train back in the morning.
