burnt notes

hi eadd basically last night i stupidly burnt my wallet by leaving the hob on and putting my wallet on it! i managed to recover a 20 a 10 and a 5 pound note. they are all in two pieces and the middle of each destroyed by the fire. both pieces of each note have the serial number on each piece and id say theres 60-80% of each note left. does anybody know if i can take these to exchange at any bank?
