xanax to be particular, i have heard from a couple people taking a multivitamin increases the duration, is this true or just placebo?

Thanks

grapefruit or grapefruit juice does potentiate it but i don't like doing that anymore because it gives me terrible hiccups for days. and its probably not healthy. id rather just drink one or 2 beers with it, but no a multivitamin wont do anything placebo fo sho

^ Yup gotta agree on this one except the hiccups lol.
Personally, I usually drink a couple beers if I'm just taking Xanax alone but never liquor. At least for me, liquor + benzo's turns me into a wild blackout idiot. With beers I can get myself 40 or whatever and just casually drink on that. Then again it's probably not best to drink at all with Xanax, I know some friends who have end up hospitalized and worse through this combo... Just my two cents.

Look for CYP3A4 inhibitors you may have around that aren't themselves going to act as strong CNS depressants.

WGFJ contains some, as mentioned above.\

Don't go drinking.

Although alcohol will potentiate benzos greatly, i wouldn't recommend them if you are prescribed to them which can or will fuck up your tolerance if you do it often and thus creating a hell a lot more issues. If just for recreational use very little alcohol and benzos otherwise it always ends up in a blackout or "passing" out.

Did that not believing the two can potentiate eachother that much and went unconscious for 24 hours being unable to be waken up. Also you can try grapefruit it seems to work most people say and is safer, but haven't tried it myself.

Xanax is mainly euphoric to those who have anxiety symptoms, but can be to some who don't but usually not. It's just great for killing anxiety and major stress, just don't do it often, also google what multivitamins go well with xanax.

Grapefruit juice potentiates some benzos, at least the following (correct me if I'm wrong): alprazolam, diazepam, midazolam, clonazepam, triazolam, nitrazepam, flunitrazepam.

You should take multivitamins, especially if you use or abuse drugs. If vitamins potentiate benzos, it's very subtle. I've never noticed it. Perhaps Phenibut or GABA (both OTC) will have an effect.

Alcohol, GBL, GHB and other CNS depressants will potentiate the benzo effect (it won't make xanax stronger, but it would make the CNS depression in general more prominent.) This is a dangerous mix of drugs to play around with. I highly suggest AGAINST mixing benzos with each other or with other CNS depressants. Alcohol + benzos kill people all the time.

Tagamet works well with Xanax, for me it made .5mg feel more like 1mg. Lyrica also makes benzos a lot stronger.

That's right, I remember Gabapentin (of which Lyrica is an analogue of) was contradicted with benzos and made them noticeably more potent. Noni (fruit) which is a dietary supplement may potentiate benzos via the same mechanism as grapefruit.

I am on a medication called Antabuse (disulfiram), and the information in MIMS talks about disulfiram increasing the toxicity of diazepam (but not oxazepam). It doesn't mention anything about what effect it might have on other benzos. And it does indeed increase the effect of diazepam, fairly significantly. Disulfiram is for alcoholics, and you run serious health risks by drinking while on it, so obviously it's not really practical for people who enjoy a drink.
