Xanax WDs?

I have been taking 1.5mg of Xanax per day and I just stopped cold turkey.
Its been 2 weeks now and no major WDs.

However, I have this feeling of emptiness inside, dont feel like doing things even the stuff I am really interested in. All the fun is taken away from me.
I feel minor depressed at times. But no major physical symptoms are encountered. Maybe just sweating a bit more, but thats all.

Question, how long will this last before I gain back all my energy and stuff?
Working out does help me, but sometimes I dont feel like doing that either.

I would call this 'not really w/d, but definitely the beginning signs of dependence'. This is how I started to feel when not using opiates before I would get sick. Back when I used on weekends and 2 or so days a week. This should go away pretty quickly if you just wait it out, but its clearly a sign you are developing a dependence.

I have never been too deep into benzos, though I have used daily for a week or 2, and every 2-3 days for months at a time. I only experienced rebound anxiety a bit, and some craving. But I also was addicted to opiates at these times.

Sounds like oridnary depression to me. Xanax w/d's are mostly over after 4 days in my experience - and I've stopped lengthy xanax habits numerous times.

What would actually releive these cravings?
Can I take a couple of shots of Vodka or take 1 diphenhydramine pill to relieve these minor cravings or Wds?

You didn't mention cravings in your OP.

I dont know what cravings you are talking about.
Diphenhydramine can relieve minor anxiety, and alcohol can satisfy the same parts of your brain that xanax brought comfort to. So assuming your general health is good, 25mg Diphen + 2 vodka shots should not be a problem, and may alleviate some of the symptoms. Just don't make a habit of it.

Tread lightly with this advise, alcohol lowers the seizure threshold and so do benzodiazepine withdrawals. Alcohol during withdrawals can be a nasty way to give yourself a seizure, even if you don't feel like you're withdrawing. I've heard stories of people quitting xanax after a month and having a seizure 2-3 weeks in. Everyone's body is different and unpredictable.
