See you in about 40 years buddy:

ST. LOUIS • A St. Charles man on Monday admitted selling LSD to undercover law enforcement personnel and possessing an improvised explosive device.

Ehrick Stefan Preis, 26, sold 858 units of LSD on six occasions between December 2012 and March 2013 in exchange for $6,000, according to authorities. A subsequent search of Preis’ residence revealed two improvised explosive devices that he admitted creating.

Preis pleaded guilty to one felony count of distribution of a controlled substance and one felony count of possession of an unregistered destructive device before U.S. District Judge Carol E. Jackson. Sentencing has been set for Nov. 14.

The drug charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000; the weapons charge carries a maximum of 10 years prison and/or fines up to $10,000.

because pleasure devices are that much more dangerous to the public than weapons.

lol yeah, those 858 trips might have had people laughing and having a good time, cant have that, instead the bomb/explosives might have killed or seriously injured people or blown up some property, so we'll only give half a maximum sentence for that compared to the trips. Where's the logic in that? :\

Am I the only one who finds it fucked up for him to get in trouble for only possession of explosive devices?

If I want to own fucking explosives, I'm gonna own explosives. Come slap the cuffs on me when you have proof of malicious intent.

I'm not that good at maths, but this just doesn't add up.

I bet most people would be more comfortable with their neighbour having a bunch of acid in their closet instead of a bomb.

If you owned a large property, sure I'd agree, if you have a bomb on the other side of a wall that is shared by another apartment it's a different matter

Man when you cross the missouri river from st. louis couny to st. charles county it's like a mini-time warp back to the 70's. Initially white flight back in the 's swelled the countys population. But they took all their problems with them and multiplied them ten-fold. Occasionally there will be a police report about brothers stabbing each other over the last pork chop. Plenty of meth too.
