I don't understand.

on the prescription of the medicine it say that 1 pill has 1MG of alplrolozam. does this mean the entire pill weighs 1MG (in that case there would not be 1mg of aplorolzam but a lot less) or does this mean there is only 1MG of aplorolzam not the entire pill's weight

milligrams are miniscule measurements. 1mg is about the size of a grain of salt, or less. So the pill is 1mg of alprazolam, think about it logically, why would they put the whole weight of the pill after the name of the chemical. Why would they even list the whole weight of the pill.

I swear to god you could have found all of this on google in literally under 10 seconds.

Nope. One milligram of Alprazolam means that inside the entire pill is only one milligram of Alprazolam. The whole pill itself is probably 70MG's in weight, but this is because of all the fillers they put into the pill in order to make it a pill.
