Television Breaking Bad

I'm happy now I've watched it =D

This is my favorite show of all time, so I don't want anybody taking this the wrong way.

But since when has Breaking Bad ever been based on reality?

He was very invisible for a while, but the streets somehow got to know that "Heisenberg" is the guy making the blue meth, Tuco and his gang most surely yapped his name away first.

Well, they have made us wait a year already. I'm glad they reached this point early on. There are only 7 episodes left in the series. That's not enough time to have long, drawn-out scenes of Hank trailing Walt, trying to find out what we already know he knows. Poor Walt Jr. What a throwaway character. You can practically smell his death scene from here.

Agreed. I want to see more grizzled, gaunt, cancerous, fugitive Walt scenes and absolutely zero more scenes involving dialogue between Walt and Jesse that try and illustrate how differently they have come to view their mutual situation. Didn't they spend the majority of season 5.1 going over that ad nauseam? Also a large portion of season four if I remember correctly, and parts of season three too...

Point being that the point has been made. There is no more drama to resolve between those two characters. The same goes for Skylar and Walt. So please commence with the craziness.

anyone else think there were a ton more commercials than usual?

There's always a shitload of commercials. Another reason why watching it on Netflix is way better, along with the fact I can marathon it.

And naturally, in order to watch the preview for next week's episode they make you sit 30+ minutes of whatever show was on after BB without a single fucking commercial!

Oh, and did anyone who watched that crapfest after BB catch Gail? That dude is so dope.

Jesse is infuriating

He's depressing me.

Wow. Last scene was intense.

My face when the garage door started to go down:

Shit

That was fucking intense. Breaking Bad is as close to getting high as we will ever come from watching television.

I'm late to the party because I always watch my favorite show last, and considering I still have a Jesse Pinkman avatar from before season 4 came out, I'm obviously a huge fan. My current order is:

True Blood (terrible), Dexter (almost as terrible, although it used to be good and occasionally throws some redeeming features at us), Low Winter Sun (I thought it was really good, don't know what the fuck you talking about, Max Power ;) ), The Newsroom, Ray Donovan, Breaking Bad. So yeah, I'm usually going to end up watching it Monday or Tuesday night.

And I knew when Walt got out of the business that it meant his cancer was back. Now that he knows he is going to die, he is content. It was the living that scared him and drove him further into the business.

And yes, Jesse is really, really fucking depressing right now. Just keep the money dude, you've earned it. Keep the money, invest it well, and never look back. He gonna get himself sent to prison when the police find $10k on a homeless dude and trace it back to him.

That part, amongst others seemed very unrealistic to me. Why would a major (former?) meth producer that has been through so much start throwing out money, and especially giving it to some homeless kind of dude who saw his face and car? That just seems very unlikely and dumb to me. Depressed or not, with that much cash why not buy a heap of new shit or invest or go away on holidays or something.

Bro I knew something was wrong when the rich white boy was giving me 10 grand in cash out of his car with his face showing. What a dumb fuck.

Because hes feeling selfless and wanted to give something back and help people maybe. guilt

Ahh..he is feeling super guilty about the little boy dying and also he and Mike had gotten pretty close (if that is the word you want to use) and he knows mike is dead and that Walter killed him...so feeling like shit about that. So I think he is really feeling like it is blood money and is saying fuck it I don't want money that was made that cost these people their lives.

As far as not giving a shit about showing his face and all, he is pissed, depressed and high as hell. I think he is at a "fuck it" point. I'm sure it will play into Walt having to get on his ass because Jesse doing these things could/will lead to having some evidence against them.
