mdb it's probably straight up best if you don't reply to somebody you think might possibly be antagonising you, cos going off on one doesn't do anyone any favours. Don't put people on ignore then talk about them/at them or talk about how little you care either as it defeats the point somewhat.

You seem to be in a better mood lately though so keep up with that. Some people have good advice in this thread as well so try to follow them up on it.

ok i take your advice. To be fair, i really dont think i went off on one at all though ???? :?. In fact i thought i was very calm and proffessional in all my =responses to their aspparent wind upds(do you t leat believe im not being paranoid now?)

ok i coiuldnt resist a dig or 2 at the opportunities they given me. In all honesty who could have done.


So you recommend the total silence responce treatement, not even the slightest comevack when its staring you in the face ?

An unfortunate effect of benzo abuse which MDB is well aware of, I've been there myself but most won't remember. To his credit the content is there which was more than I could manage:)
