If youre looking at a small time felony and the police ask you to rat, dont do it. Just take the charge. Ive seen too many people work with the cops and the cops NEVER serve their end of the bargain. Seen lots of people get the crap beat out of them in jail because they rolled on someone with the promise of being let go, even though they only had less than a gram or so. You can already tell whats up when youre in the holding tank with them and they keep getting pulled out and other fishy things. And if the cops a dick, once they brought a girl back in and was like see how soon we can get you out. Well, she never got out. Cops on that low level asking you to rat with promises of freedom generally dont have any authority in letting you out or dropping charges anyway if you do rat. Its the higher ups like detectives that can pull those strings .

Point is, just dont rat. Ive had ex friends snitch and now its like theyre walking around with a big red x on their head, everyone knows not to deal with them. If you arent prepared for the legal consequences of your actions, you shouldnt be playing this game. And just cos you slipped up gives you no right to drag down others with you. And if you do snitch, you will not get special protection in jail, not until after you get your ass beat. And the guards dont really care for your safety either. My point, snitching is horrible for the long term, just dont do it, and if you get caught up, just take your charge with your head held high and it will be over before you know, and it will be a much more pleasant time in jail because you will be treated with respect. Jail will be hell if you snitch, and those cops who promised to get you off if you roll on your dude arent gunna do shit for you except arrest your dude, and god have mercy if you get put in the same mod, because cops think its funny to tell an arrested person who tipped them off.

Agreed, it is a total scumbag move to rat on your dealer. You are the one you wants the product, so it is YOUR fault if you get caught. Cops will always act like your friend, but anything you tell them can and WILL be used against you. All they want is to funnel information out of you, they are fucking leaches.

Remember that chick in Florida who was busted with just 6 ounces of bud and 5 e pills. The police found the phone number of some dangerous thugs in her trash she only did business with once a long time before that. They set her up to buy a pound of coke, 1000 e pills, and fire arms. She ended up getting shot by them and the cops of coarse put all the blame on her for not following directions properly.

Allot of the people who swear up and down they will never squeal end up cracking under the pressure especially when they are facing multiple felonies.

That was his attitude the whole time we were in the drug scene together.

The time a person will serve in jail if he dont snitch will be alot more pleasant that the time he will do in jail while being a snitch or even at the outside, as you say ''He has 3 hits out on him now'' confirms it. I simply would trather do more years but keep my dignity and my life, than being a rat and having mad negative consequences over it. Traitery is very,very,very low...

I agree man. Its disgusting. I just watched a dyke whore be all happy because they got like not even an 8th of weed in a truck and be like ''he going to jail tonite'' with a big ass smile ...... and everytime they find drugs they are all happy and shit and be like ''one less drug user on the street, we are helping are community''....common now.

But IMO all the people talking to them on camera are idiots,ive been lucky alot but if i would be a in multpile charges situation the only word that would come out of my mouth would be LAWYER loool. I noticed also alot of the black guys getting arrested keep their mouth shut....not the same with other nationalitys.

The cops seem to take a vile and sick pleasure in locking drug users up. A girl that was arrest for having a meth pipe made a statement i loved, ''i like the paramedics, i like the firefighters, but i hate cops because they are here to ruin peoples lives''....the cops was MAD pissed babbling and shit and put her away imeditaly lol but at least somebody go the guts to be forward and not lick their asses like most people do.

If it happens to be a very huge bust all it will do is jack up prices and/or force more adulterated products onto the market.

What happens to most people when they get arrested is panic sets in and their lips get loose. The cops scare them with all these charges and false promises of freedom if they give up a couple of higher ups. Now what they dont realize is, once they move along thru the system and get to their trial or deal, its usually not even that bad and would have been the same thing had they snitched. Because snitching does NOTHING unless you are getting charged with firearms and drugs, manufacturing, etc. Things not most people fuck with.

I had a friend who was snitched on, he had two controlled buys on him and already had a rap sheet a mile long and was looking at minimum 12 years . This was an extremely loyal dude, he was best friends with my bf and when i had problems he was always there for me. He was given the opportunity to snitch but didnt, spent a year and a half in jail awaiting trail, and ended up beating the charges because he had an awesome public-defender and beat his trail to due the lack of credibility of the informants and a few mistakes the police had made. Before trial they even teied to offer him a deal of 9 years w 3 suspended and he didnt take it. My point is, there are truly loyal people left.

Ive been in the wrong place at the wrong time before. I was staying a few rooms down from my friend who was dealing tons of shards out his room. But was being very dumb, people in and out all night, constant traffic, just not bein under the radar. Well the police set up surveillance across from his room in the empt room across from his to get reason for a search warrant. The hotel manager informed the police. Anyway the police try busting in and he flushes the ounce of shards and sticks two pieces of heroin up his butt. They took him to jail for the pipe and he sat in jail for almost 8 months while they tried to build a case against him.but all they got him for was a probation violation for the pipe. They were pissed because they thought they were gunna hae a big bust.

Anyway i happen to walk out my room while all the commotion is going on and the hotel manager was with the detectives (these werent regular cops, one was dressed as a cable guy then showed me his badge) and said they have video of me going in and out of his room and want me to spill the beans or theyre giving me a felony posession charge for the residue in the one needle i had on me. I knew the case would be a district attorney reject so i said tell you what?? Theres nothing to tell and he arrested me for drug posession for having only a rig, just to be a dick and because he was angry. They set my bail at 5000$ CASH ONLY which is UNHEARD IF

I asked the detective and bail judge who was over the phone why my bail was so unreasonable, and theyre like we need to get dangerous people like you off the streets, the question you should be asking is how are you even allowed bail?? They said. All for a RIG and being at wrong place wrong time. The detective felt satisfied. Anyway, at my arraignment i explained situation and the judge was awesome and lowered it to 1000 cash corporate and a friend bailed me out for 200.

But most of us dont fuck around with hardcore stuff, and if/when we get arrested, just need to relax and remember, informing the police has no difference in your trial unless you are working with actual detectives in a big time case. All these bottom of the totem pole cops are trying to get is get their next arrest, they have no way of helping you in your case after your dropped off in booking. And youre naive if you think they do.
