using bupe to reverse an OD is also very dangerous as bupe will add even more CNS depression to a fentanyl overdose

Buprenorphine won't reverse fentanyl, fentanyl has a higher affinity. And the kratom alkaloids aren't anywhere near strong enough either...

1.6mg of fentanyl is probably close to 16 or 30 doses for a naive user. Don't take it all at once... it will be most effective if you use it as directed, by holding it against your gums.

how the heck are little bumps getting u high if u cant feel it when u would use the pop as directed? 1600mcg is alot. a little bump isnt. just sayin

and yeah fent does have a higher affinity than bupe, however ive heard of people getting fent when in surgery/post-op and it didnt exactly do a whole lot for them... i wonder why? i beleive it tho... bupe blocks the crap out of dope for me.

I know from experience, and from the stories of other drug addicts and from what I've been told by various bupe and methadone doctors I've had over the years....The affinity of bupe and fentanyl is pretty damn close...Fentanyl is what many ER doctors would choose to use in an emergency for someone in need of pain relief that was dependent on buprenorphine.

Also, it's not like one opioid/opiate has a higher affinity and that's it, period....You can cut through the blockade of a high affinity opioid with one that has a "weaker" affinity with a high enough dose....

For example: If you do enough heroin on top of 12 mgs of buprenorphine, it will eventually break through the bupe blockade. It's not safe and predictable, but it's possible..

I personally know of someone who was on Suboxone, who was severely injured and on a maintenance dose of bupe at the time.... The ER doctor just used IV morphine to cut through the bupe. It did eventually work, it just took a massive amount of morphine! Which kind of makes sense, if you think about it....

As someone pointed out earlier, fentanyl and bupe both have such a high affinity for "whatever" receptors, that if you attempt to break through the bupe blockade with fentanyl and something goes wrong and respiratory depression occurs, naloxone may not work to bring the person back....If you use morphine, however obscene an amount it may take to break through the bupe blockade, you know the effects of the morphine can be completely reversed with naloxone...

probably because when i use the candy directed i finish swalowing it so i waste it

since i opened the thread, i have done a fulll lolly pop and a bit of another, snorted, and im high full day, thats why im using this way

anyway i insist: i dont recomend to do this unless you ahve your tolerance so messed upo as i have it

Slum, let me clarify:

oral its bio is 50%, so it would be 800mcg if you do it perfect. I tend to swallow, so i waste it

snorting, its bio os 70%. I go like doing little lines and waiting a time between lines. Im a hard old user, im not proud of it, but it is

well just a half of the three lollypops left, im not feeling high anymore, just "normal" , it means i can expect some WD waiting for me for tomorrow

tomorrow im receiving some opium, lets see if rotating oppiates help to get high, or not

if i receive it in the afternoon instead of in the morning, it will mean me being so ill in the morning

My gf has been very happy these two days with me as i was in a good mood ( fentanyl mood), sometimes i hate myself, why i only can have a nice mood when being into strong oppiates? This addiction is not funny at all

ps: in my group of friends, some does cocaine, and some other hash and marihuana, im the only one in oppies. I look the most normal, thats funny, but when i dont have the drug, im a waste

I guess the difference being if you got to the point where fent was blocking all recp's you'd have a super high tolerance and any other opiate wouldn't do much.

yeah i think adding any other oppiate now wouldnt do nothing

as it has a short half life, maybe tomorrow the opium can make sth. i know heavy marihuana users tend to mix different marihuana races as a way to "low" the tolerance ( or feel more it) . Like after 7 days smoking a sativa , got to an indic one or viceversa

So, tomorrow when i taste the opium, as fentanyl wont be on my system anymore due to its short half life, i will have the answer , about if rotating opiates help

But yeah, if i´d do now any other oppie i guess i wouldnt get high due to fenta blocking

ps: funnny i feeling a sugar taste in my nose full day and night, like when kid eating candys, but in a druggy way

i have been doing this during, since i opened this, and im not feeling high! yeah im relaxed, and having zero hungry, and good mood...but not fealing euphoria

IMO the H and the opium are the only oppiates that gives a decent euphoria. Like fentayl, may kill pain better ( i dont have any pain to kill so useless) , increases risks of breath depression, but dosent gives a decent euphoria. So, its not worthy imo ( even i like it). PS: morphine and oxy too gives ehphoria, but not that euphoria

don't snort it, u can break it into pieces and eat those if u don't want to take it all. be very careful w Fentanyl suckers please, they sneak up on u and it's really easy to OD. I consider myself careful and this is the only drug i've truly OD'd on. As far as IV, you can do the patches i know for sure, never heard of anyone doing the suckers that way. wouldn't recommend trying it, tho.

I havent mixed it with anything : no alcohol, not any other drugs, not even joints. Well, to be honest, a joint yesterday night wich kicked me pretty hard



i like oppiates but i was worried aswell, didnt wanna come into breath depression, i have been letting some hours between lines so the risk gets lower. Tomorrow i will have a safer oppiate to play with ( considering this addiction is never 100% safe )

EB do you take your buprenorphine every day? Or do you not take it when you have fent/H/opium? I know you are on a low dose so it may be possible to still feel effects at <2mg??

i have left bupre since i received the fenta , and later the opium. Last bupre day was the day before i got the fenta

in fact, i have today a date with my doc, and i dont know if telling her that bupre is not enough for me, and i may need methadone ( i have never taken methadone)

I listen many bad things for methadone, but also for bupre, im in doubt

ps: yeah i was taking low doses even i was prescribed high doses, of bupre.

Fentanyl is stronger than buprenorphine, I think. They use it in surgery and it can geta round the buprenorphine blockade.

PDSP says the Ki of buprenorphine at the mu receptor is about 1.5 nM. Fentanyl is about 1.2 nM (smaller number = better binding).

One of those lollies contains enough fentanyl to dose 20-30 people. For your own safety, please do not abuse them. Even the opiate antagonist medication naloxone is sometimes ineffective in treating overdoses of fentanyl, and that is if you are lucky enough to have a responsible person call emergency services for you.
