I just had a "friend" offer me some brown in exchange for 50 tramadol. I took some tram and loper this AM, will the tram or loper block the H? I've noticed tram does indeed blunt the high a bit but not sure if its blocking or since I'm not at baseline the rush is diminshed.

I think loperamide is the most controversial subject on BL. After thousands of posts, I would say with certainty that there is nothing you can say for certain about this chemical. Does it potentiate? possibly. Does it block? possibly.

This is true, lope and tramadol affect everyone differently but neither of them should have anything that causes them to "block" another opiate or opioid. It is probably OP, because you aren't at baseline and therefore it not giving as big of a rush if anything.

Yeah, they certainly don't block opioids. They just seem to keep your tolerance pretty high. I would never use them as a poteniator anyway since you're filling your PNS with regular opioids as well as loperamide. Even if there is no subjective change of euphoria (or placebo, or minor PNS changes that people sometimes associate with euphoria/opioid changes) you will be making your PNS more dependent than it needs to be.

I have never experienced any increased experience.

What I have experienced is not enough loperamide in my system while still taking fairly high doses of oxycodone (100+mg), so I still feel nauseous, requiring like 8-12mg of loperamide to put things right. This is not a pleasant scenario.

Know what I hate... Days like today when the person I normally go thru took off to another state to re up. Won't be back until 5-6pm and its only 10:30am. I look at the clock every ten minutes time just drags on by. Guess its sweet when you finally do get ahold of your gear and get right from waiting the entire day.

To be honest, I'm finally getting sick and tired of this game. I used to love it actually would have me all giddy and excited waiting for the goods. Now it's just a fucking hassle and a pain in the ass. Also if the guy is in a good mood for the price he will charge.

yea youre fine...you IVing this stuff?

iirc loperamide was a CV drug for a while bc it technically is related to opioids, but then it was unscheduled when they figured no one would be abusing it...looks like they were wrong! haha

it does work tho for easing wd, tho i dont know about getting high off it. but then again i forget what its like to not have a tolerance that could kill a bus load of ppl.

Wow, loperamide was controlled. Just googled that.. That's so weird to me. Thanks for the interesting tidbit!

It was controlled because it was known to cause physiological dependence.

I don't take it to get high.

I take it to feel normal, 30-50mg a day.

Opiates/opioids have been a daily thing for me for over ten years now, unfortunately. I'm way better off now than I was years ago in regards to how much opiates controlled me. I don't crave them as bad as I used to and I'm actually able to hold onto them for days instead of doing them all in hours.

I have been off suboxone now for three weeks I got my doc to write a script of tram to ease the long duration WDs of bupe. I did a few Roxi's (2-30s) today mixed with two 30 mg addy's. it sucks when you load that up in a rig and plunge down with the flash of blood bubbling up in the rig to feel basically next to nothing. No mood lift, no energy, no euphoria... Nothing but feeling more normal from slight opiate WDs from the tram not being able to keep me 100%. There was a time when that what was in my rig would had me flying for hours...

I've had oral lope block the effects of IV dilaudid for days. Massive shots, too.
