Hi guys,

After my last roll a month back im experiencing pain on the right side of my jaw when i chew (close to my ear).
Im pretty sure it's not a sore muscle. It feels like the joint itself is hurting.

I dont't feel pain when yawning, but if i clench my jaw on the left side, the right side will hurt and if i clench the right side, the left side will pop a little.
Clenching both sides at the same time doesn't hurt.

Anyone ever experience this? And would i be okay for me to roll tomorrow?

Thanks

i will advise NOT TO roll, im havin bruxism (nightime clenchin ) from my 10 times mdma , and it is lastin 1 year and 5 months ...still there. Dont do it just for your health...in case is this thing im talking about.

i can guarantee almost that if you roll tmrw it will only get worse

rolling lowers my immune system and that reeks havoc on my body the next week sometimes

i guess it just comes down to how much your jaw is bothering you, if its fking annoying id wait another month to see how you feel, have you tried taking magnesium a hour before dropping? i always find it almost eliminates the side effect of jaw clenching for me

Not just before dropping ^
Have you tried consuming magnesium in your day to day life regularly? I thought i was getting leg cramps from vasoconstrictive drugs but then i started eating a proper diet, proper electrolytes and hydration and they're all sorted!

Thanks for the replies everyone. I started taking magnesium daily since 2 days ago. Never really had problems while rolling. No biting my cheeks or lips or clenching.

From what i was able to google the cause might indeed be nighttime bruxism or TMJ. My jaw didn't hurt the day after rolling so im pretty sure i messed it up while sleeping...

Looked up some exercises on youtube which seem to be helping a bit. I won't be rolling untill my jaw feels okay again!
