moved within London? ... Still working the same job tho, no? Now spending about £500 on travel? wow.

Had to save rent money, and moved back home. Further down in the south west now, on the coast. Means i would get more of my wages, though with the travel, it might not be sustainable. Pah! Ive got at least 3 months of this before theres the possibility I can transfer to the role I want.

Just seen a woman on Jeremy Vile denying that she is injecting heroin, even though the Dr said she has been injected in her groin.
I guess the drug fairy must come & inject her in the groin each night as she sleeps.

Or the crabs are nipping her and they just look like track marks.

How are you doing Max? Life treating you alright?

Hi Ben mate, how are you?
I'm ok thanks, just hanging about until I have to go and sign on in a little while.
What u been up to mate?

I quite enjoy it. Expensive though.

It's very random though, one brand of seeds from the warehouse store, I need a kilo just to feel anything. This other brand from the supermarket is ace though, you can see straw and pieces of dried vegetable matter through the bag, mixed with the seeds, a sign they haven't been washed as much. Plus the CWE comes out dark brown and leaves a brown powder sediment at the bottom of the glass.

The wash from half a kilo feels like a few Ms Contins but better and lasts ages more, if I do a kilo I get itchy and dreamy. Lacks in euphoria though.

Yeah I'm good thanks.

A mate of mine left me some of his smoke the other day. Nice chap. Well I made a spliff and apart from the crappy synthetics I haven't had a smoke in quite a while. It totally floored me. All I could do was sit down and drift into ponder land with a stupid grin on my face. Couldn't read the screen, couldn't look at anything.

Making a lot weaker ones just to keep ticking over nicely while fully functional since. Is nice. :D

So no joy on the job front yet then mate?

I don't smoke weed anymore but the last time I did have a smoke it was my first spliff in years & I ended up having a panic attack so not touched it since.
Still no joy on the job front.Majority of jobs available are only part time or are zero hour contracts and can't afford to take a job that can't even guarantee a set amount of hours each week.
Applied for all sorts of jobs now and I think only 2 have had the decency to even reply.
I'm getting too used to lazing about now which isn't good as I have always worked since I left school. Still it's nice not being stuck in a boiling hot factory during the summer.
My son had his first cage fight for his club about a month ago & got his opponent who was 10 years older than him to tap out in round 2.
I watched the video of the fight and he done really well, was so proud of him.

Oh man I can totally relate to a lot you have just posted Maxalfie. When I was on JSA I'd never get hardly any replies at all. Was disconcerting. My CV was in check and like you I had a decent work history behind me, since I left school so I couldn't get why I was not getting any takers. There was a time when I moved up here when I could walk into any chef job I wanted. I got offered three in one day and I had to choose which ones to turn down. What has happened to those times? What went so wrong? Why is it so difficult now.

I can totally relate to getting used to lazing around thing as well. I should (all being well) be starting work at some point in the not to distance future but I've been off for two years now sitting at home eating and doing very little. I've gotten used to it as well and my waistline will agree. Trying recently to get out more and eat a bit more sensible instead of grazing on snacks all day. I'm trying to ready myself for the shock to the system that a full days work is going to bring.

Congrats to your son as well. I don't watch cage fighting I prefer boxing but he must be built then? :D

On the job side, I got a temporary job starting saturday, at a conference place. Then I have another thing in late August, but that's a proper career thing so won't give details.

Yes mate, no where as easy to get a job as it used to be. I did read somewhere recently that 650 people had applied for one job in Hull, that's how bad things are.
Well done on getting yourself sorted out with a job mate. Probably will be hard getting used to being on yr feet all day again but it's all worth it when you get yr pay packet. Plus you have the bonus of not having to deal with the jobcentre anymore.
I certainly miss earning a nice wage as JSA isn't much, if I didn't share a flat with my mate then I think life would be a bit tougher for me.

Ouch. That's one thing I need to sort out when I start getting paid again. My credit card. Lived off that for a while and now just paying off the interest with my ESA money.

I was told in this area they had close to 800 applicants for a job round here so I can well believe it, Max. Things changed for me so quick. Went from turning jobs down to absolutely zip in no time at all. That's what I find shocking.

Thanks, I really need the money, they even blocked my credit card

Good timing then.
I wouldn't be able to get a credit card again as I left debts on 3 different cards that they chased me for for years but now the debt is statute barred so I don't have to pay it back.
Fucked up my credit rating though

Well the thing is I overspent and went down by like 300 euros, the bank called saying I needed to pay that money or face fines, as I didn't have the money they blocked the card. Now I have to pay the 300 I owe plus a reactivation fee that is something like 200.

The job I'm starting on saturday doesn't even pay well, so yeah half the money will go to fix this.

Job situation is totally ridiculous these days.
The government keep saying that they are creating all these jobs but all I ever see on local & national news is jobs being lost.
Guess it's no surprise the government lying to us, hardly a new thing.
Keeping my fingers crossed for that Euromillions jackpot win.

I did that both in the US and Australia, good thing banking institutions don't share details internationally, so locally my credit rating is not too bad.
