US - Girl, 15, held on pot farm where she was locked in toolbox and used for sex

A MISSING teenager was held captive on a marijuana farm in California where police allege she was locked up in a metal toolbox for days on end and used as a sex slave.

The girl has been taken into protective custody and two men - 30-year-old Ryan Balletto and 25-year-old Patrick Pearmain - arrested with her kidnap and rape, KGO-TV San Francisco reports.

Both men are accused of holding the 15-year-old girl captive as a sex slave on the marijuana farm. It's also alleged the men held the teenager locked for days in a 1-metre long metal toolbox ''altered to imprison a human''.

The teen was reported missing from Los Angeles in April but it's not clear when she went missing.

She contacted police at some point to tell them she was OK. That call was traced to a motel in west Sacramento where she was found safe and the two suspects arrested.

Police also seized 1400 pot plants, a cache of 22 weapons including rifles and pistols and a wooden rack used for sexual bondage at the Clearlake, California, pot farm.

It is possible the men had other victims, authorities say.

How morons like these guys think is beyond me, dont they realise or think about the very real probability that they will get caught and not only stuff up their pot plantation, but their own freedom? All for some short term sexual satisfaction.

Fucking cunts. I'm glad the US still has the death penalty, do they still have it in California?

This really is a case of kidnapping and rape that has little to do with drugs, except that the location where the crimes occurred was also used to produce drugs.
The guys who did it should spend a solid quarter-century in prison for rape and kidnapping, imo, but should not spend any time in prison for growing plants/ drugs.

Definitely, I agree.

It's not drug related at all. This is about two fucking cunts who deserve a lot more than just jail.

Along with wrongful imprisonment, hopefully these guys serve a long sentence. Articles like this of course lump the pot in as if the pot is more important than sexual assault or kidnapping.

Sadly up here in the mountains having fucks like this is not uncommon. Living in these mountains I can say with certainty you can disappear for ever. I'm definitely glad this young girl is safe. Although, the article seems confused on how she got to working as a trimmer but, she did like everyone else. Age doesn't matter for most people up here. Especially, on the seemingly endless commercial grows. Chances are she ran away and through hitchhiking found work as a trimmer.
I'm just happy she is safe now. It could of ended much worse for here being in such a rural place with limited law enforcement. It does make me wonder who else is out there on grows. Each year there is "cartel" related busts. Most of the time asian gangs. They always arrest then release dozens of workers. 99% of the time foreign nationals of all ages. I can imagine some of these people have been forced into work.

Sadly, lot's of farmers in these mountains have pretty lengthy rap sheets and there is not shortage of dangerous folk.

As for getting charged with kidnapping and not a commercial grow OP is definitely a fantasy in this situation. They will serve a long time especially, since it was on a commercial grow. If they had 99 plants or less it is one thing. But, having thousands of plants + firearms is a good way to spend some time in jail. Now factor in this stuff. They probably will be locked up for a while. If no kidnapping of an underage girl, they might have a chance getting off the grow charges.

Nope, it's been gone for decades. I'm glad they found this girl and the people responsible but stuff like this happens all the time around the world and even in the United States.

They don't care ? All they want is sex which for some reason is a fucking tabu-subject. This is what drives people like these 2 motherfuckers and priests or rapists to sex-abuse. Let them jerk off to porn and set up cameras everywhere so we can always catch them. The penalty for act like this should be burning do death on the television.

indeed. whether it was a livestock, vegetable or marijuana farm has nothing to do with the real issue at hand.

that poor young girl. im glad to hear she was found safe and well.

Public and brutal executions are the only kind of execution that seem capable of having deterrence value. I don't think anyone refrains from future crimes because they fear lethal injection. They should either make executions public and brutal or remove the death penalty altogether (my preference is for the latter).

I agree that the marijuana farm seems like it didn't have much direct involvement in the kidnapping, rape etc. But, in reality it did. The fact that she worked as a trimmer for their commercial grow (not medical) points to the likelihood she "ran away" up north and found work as a trimmer. Most likely by sticking a thumb out on the side of the road in the mountains. Then these scumbags picked her up and held her until her release.
Until there is more information we won''t know for sure. But, with my knowledge of the area that is the likely scenario unless there was a previous relationship between the two men and her. But, from the information i have read from various sources indicate the first scenario is the more probable one.
Chances are this grow would not of been raided if this girl was not involved. Though, their op was considered commercial.

this.

this is just a way to make the story even worse by throwing the "devil plant" into it. its totally fucked and sick what these two assholes did to this girl and once they go to the federal pen for kidnapping and rape and they enter gen pop and hit the showers, well lets just say their assholes will be like mason jars. I hope this poor girl gets the counseling and love she needs from her parents and family. but really though, weed had nothing to do with this, they could have been growing corn and it would still be a horrible story, but add pot to it and it makes it look like they were extra deviant because they grew pot, in california i might add.
