Broccoli is getting old--need to use it! Recipe ideas?

Broccoli, bacon, cheese quiche--CHECK
Chinese- style broccoli & chicken --CHECK

That's all I got. I was think of making pasta broccoli with tomato but dunno if that'll take good.

Ingredients on hand:
Spinach
Tomatoes
Celery
Chicken
Ground turkey
Rice
Bread
Pasta
Tortillas
Bacon bits

How about just making it into a salad? If you have mayonnaise and ketchup perhaps making it into a thousand island dressing? I would also like to suggest is to sautee the vegetables and chicken together and cook the rice separately. I usually add a little bit of butter whenever I sautee vegetables and chicken.

steamed broccoli is the best thing ever. put it in a sauce or just eat em whole.

Broccoli and Blue cheese soup.
Onion, broccoli, maybe some chopped spuds diced bacon if its handy or go without if you are vegetarian.
Usual seasonings, cracked black pepper, whatever you like. ..
Boil, mash or macerate, take off boil and add crumbled blue cheese, and some sour cream or normal cream.
I don't even like blue cheese, but I fully rate this soup.
